RN4: power for indoor cranes
4-Ductor RN4 is a closed four-pole system for moving equipment indoors. Continuous copper conductors run inside an insulating housing; standard housing length is 4 m and protection is IP23. Specify straight track length, current, speed and feed location.
For a replacement section, include the profile cross-section and collector identification, since the line configuration depends on both components and the actual operating conditions of the machine.

RN7: multi-pole conductor tracks
Multiconductor RN7 accommodates up to seven conductors and supports tracks with curves and transfers. Continuous copper permits power and signals to use the selected channels. Define each pole, length, speed and environmental conditions, and show feed points and transfers on the layout.
Select the collector, housing and seals as a coordinated configuration, particularly for outdoor installations and damp production areas.

RN7 housings and protection
RN7 and white RN7W cover −30…+60 °C, while heat-resistant RNV7 covers −20…+80 °C. In the specified arrangement, AS7-C raises protection from IP23 to IP44. Housing choice depends on temperature and environmental exposure. State whether the track operates outdoors, in dust or near process vapours.
For an existing installation, provide the housing identification and details of the fitted sealing arrangement.

RC4 / RC7: jointed conductor systems
Click-Ductor uses sections with factory-installed conductors. RC4 has four poles and RC7 has seven, with configurations up to 200 A. The track is assembled from connected sections. Specify track length, pole count, operating current and support positions.
On an existing line, section lengths and connector type determine the replacement scope and how the new section interfaces with the installed equipment.

Click-Clamp and Screw-Connect
Click-Ductor conductor connections depend on current rating. Click-Clamp is used for 50, 80 and 110 A; Screw-Connect is used for 125, 160 and 200 A. This affects the installation kit and joint maintenance. State the line rating and include an existing joint photograph for extensions.
The configuration separates electrical connectors, housing joints and supports, with quantities linked to the number of poles.

PR4: flat systems for warehouses
Pro-Ductor PR4 is a flat housing with four channels for continuous conductors. It serves automated warehouses and other applications requiring a compact power supply for moving equipment. Provide current, speed, travel length and the fixing arrangement on the warehouse structure.
Show transfer points if the machine changes aisles. The housing, support components and collector must match the geometry of the complete system.

PR7 / PR10: additional channels
PR7 accommodates seven conductors and PR10 accommodates ten, allowing power and control circuits to share one housing. The Pro-Ductor catalog lists 50, 80, 125, 160 and 200 A conductors at 80% duty cycle; higher currents require the specified parallel arrangement.
Supply the circuit list and contact functions, together with travel, speed and the support profile position on the structure.

PR2: two poles
PR2 is a two-pole Pro-Ductor range for intralogistics. The current AKAPP range lists ratings of 50–100 A. Selection depends on the consumer electrical requirements, speed and installation space. Include the travel arrangement and equipment connection requirements.
For replacement or extension, provide housing and collector identification so the configuration is matched specifically to the installed PR2 version.

PowerPOZ: power and position
PowerPOZ combines up to five power conductors and two magnetic tapes in one housing. Standard current is up to 160 A, stated positioning accuracy is ±2.5 mm, and positioned tracks can reach 520 m. Describe travel, speed and the machine control interface.
Mark curves, transfers and position recovery requirements. For a retrofit, include the installed sensor and controller data.

AV-Compact: standard cable reels
Spring-operated AV-Compact reels automatically take up the cable of moving equipment. The manufacturer offers seven standard models with internal C-type springs and H07RNF cable. Selection needs conductor count, cross-section, payout length and mounting position.
State whether payout is horizontal or vertical, and provide travel and duty details. For replacement, include the existing nameplate and mounting dimensions.

AV-Industry: configured cable reels
AV-Industry includes different bodies, flanges, springs and slip-ring assemblies. The manufacturer lists 52 slip-ring configurations and currents from 4 mA to 200 A, with standard IP55 protection. List the power and signal circuits, cable data and payout length.
Specify the environment, mounting position and operating cycle so the reel can be configured as a matched mechanical and electrical assembly.

R150: lighter festoon applications
A festoon system carries the cable package on trolleys along a guide profile. R150 addresses lighter applications and is selected by cable weight, travel and loop space. Provide cable count and dimensions, machine speed and support positions.
State the allowable hanging depth and storage zone length. For replacement, photographs of the profile, trolleys and towing connection help identify the existing arrangement.

R300: medium-duty festoon systems
R300 uses a C-profile with standard 4000 mm sections and aluminium or steel trolleys. The manufacturer states speeds up to 120 m/min and a load of 100 kg/m when supported every metre. Selection requires cable package data, travel and the suspension layout.
Moving terminal boxes with up to 36 poles are available. Specify power, control or multiple cable groups.

Collectors and contact components
For RN and RC, select collectors by pole count, current, speed and guidance arrangement. The range includes CL4 and CL7, plus S7 for curved sections. Spare brushes also depend on conductor and contact material. Supply the complete trolley identification and photographs of wheels and cable outlet.
State whether the requirement is a complete assembly, individual contacts or a maintenance kit for several machines.

Supports, joints and expansion
A conductor track layout includes hangers, fixed points, joints and feeds. Multiconductor components include BN7, VMN7, VN7 and KEV7 expansion joints. Selection depends on the layout and thermal movement. Provide a dimensioned drawing showing feeds, curves and transfers.
For replacement, identify the component function: a suspension bracket and a fixed-point clamp perform different roles and must preserve the intended movement of the structure.

New tracks and retrofit projects
For a new power supply track, define equipment movement, load and environment first. Retrofit projects also need existing profiles, contacts and track constraints. Send the layout, electrical parameters, photographs and intended scope. Repairs can identify a damaged section and a parts list.
This allows existing equipment, replacement assemblies and extensions to be assessed separately while keeping different series clearly identified.
Provide travel layout, length, speed, current, voltage and each pole function. State moisture, dust, temperature, fixing method and cable loop space. Transfers between tracks require guide dimensions and positions.
Parts for installed systems
Send the collector, brush, housing or reel identification and quantity. Contacts need dimensions and mounting photographs; sections need cross-section and length. Separate the list by series and machine, preserving complete product codes.

Describe a new line, longer travel, collector replacement, section repair or a maintenance kit. Include a drawing and photographs of the installed equipment to identify the series and project scope.
