- Identify the exact instrument version
- Include model, serial number and quantity
DL-96II, DL-ZD3 and SCAN-10
The DL-96II system supports microbial identification and susceptibility testing. Its product documentation also describes the DL-ZD3 digital turbidimeter and SCAN-10 automatic dispenser.
Identify each installed device separately when requesting accessories or expanding an existing laboratory configuration.
- DL-96II: colorimetric and turbidimetric analysis
- DL-ZD3: digital turbidimeter
- SCAN-10: automatic dispenser
- Data export to WHONET
D2Mini compact ID/AST platform
D2Mini is a semi-automatic system with touchscreen controls. A procurement request should distinguish the instrument from its consumables and software requirements. For an existing installation, include the equipment label and the required data exchange configuration.
- Bidirectional LIS communication
- Touchscreen interface
- Statistics and quality control modules
- WHONET support
DL-96 and DL-120 reagent panels
Order reagent panels separately from the analyser. The range includes identification, susceptibility and combined panels. For repeat procurement, send a complete package label and identify the instrument on which the material is used, together with the required pack quantity.
- DL-96 and DL-120 series
- Specify the purpose of each panel
- DL-96E and DL-120E designations
- Include code, pack size and quantity
SAST 60 and CHICARD 150 cards
SAST 60 is an automated susceptibility testing system. The manufacturer identifies CHICARD 150 as its associated card series. Separate the analyser, consumable card assortment and accessory requirements in your enquiry, with a product designation for every line.
- System for MIC determination
- Turbidimetric, fluorometric and colorimetric detection
- CHICARD 150 consumable cards
- List the required card assortment separately
Smart MS, Smart MS 5020 and Smart MS 5080
Smart MS is a mass spectrometer family for microbial identification. Define the requested instrument version and accessory package before requesting a quotation. For a replacement component, include the exact model, serial number and markings from the installed item.
- Smart MS, Smart MS 5020 and Smart MS 5080 models
- Touchscreen controls
- Target drying chamber listed as an accessory
- Target application kit available in the range
DL-Bt and BT Blockchain systems
DL-Bt and BT Blockchain belong to the blood culture system range. DL-Bt uses modular drawer sections, while BT Blockchain is presented as a network of modules. Specify the complete installed configuration when asking for equipment, an expansion or a replacement item.
- DL-Bt: modular construction
- DL-Bt: individual bottle detection
- BT Blockchain: independent module heating
- BT Blockchain: data links between terminals
Blood culture bottles
The DL BIOTECH range includes aerobic, anaerobic and paediatric bottles. A purchase enquiry should identify the bottle type, package code and intended instrument. Keep bottles, reagent panels and staining solutions on separate specification lines to make quantities and packaging clear.
- Aerobic bottles
- Anaerobic bottles
- Paediatric bottles
- Specify type, packaging and instrument model
BT Station 3020
BT Station 3020 combines automated bottle handling with subsequent laboratory workflow operations. Describe the existing installation and requested configuration for a new project. For a component enquiry, include an overall station photograph and its designation in the equipment documentation.
- Automatic loading and unloading
- Conveyor bottle handling
- Integrated observation camera
- Automation for plates and susceptibility discs
DL-DYE and DL-DYE-GA-32 stainers
The DL-DYE family automates staining; DL-DYE-GA-32 accommodates up to 32 slides. List the instrument, holders and required solutions when defining a supply package. For a replacement assembly, send its marking and photographs showing how it connects to the instrument.
- DL-DYE-GA-32: up to 32 slides
- DL-DYE-GA-32 dimensions: 787 × 640 × 412 mm
- DL-DYE-GA-32 weight: 45 kg
- Solutions for Gram and acid-fast staining
DL-96A for industrial testing
The manufacturer lists a non-clinical DL-96A separately from the clinical system. State the intended laboratory application and required instrument version. For replacement procurement, use the documentation and serial number of the actual installed analyser to define the item.
- Separate non-clinical configuration
- Identification and susceptibility testing
- Automatic barcode reading
- Selection based on the intended system application
DL-GBS and dedicated media
DL-GBS is a separate laboratory analysis system with dedicated media. Distinguish a complete instrument from a consumable or accessory enquiry. A material request should contain the full product name, code and a photograph of the package currently used by the laboratory.
- Automated DL-GBS system
- Selective chromogenic medium
- Transport medium
- Specify instrument and materials separately
Define the laboratory project
Start with the intended application and the instruments already installed. DL-96A, DL-96II and D2Mini cover identification and susceptibility tasks; Smart MS provides mass spectrometric identification, while SAST 60 addresses susceptibility testing.
Describe the required role of each instrument in your project.
For a blood culture installation, distinguish a standalone DL-Bt system, a BT Blockchain module network and a BT Station 3020 project. List staining equipment separately.
Send an equipment schedule with the required accessories, consumable groups and software requirements attached to each instrument.
Include available installation space, delivery destination and the documents required at acceptance. A clear configuration makes it easier to compare the quotation with your technical specification and to identify which items belong in the initial delivery.
Prepare a replacement part enquiry
Send a readable equipment nameplate and an overall photograph of the installed assembly. Include every part marking, revision and connector label that is available. A reference from the equipment manual or drawing helps identify the position within the actual installed configuration.
For a mechanical item, include relevant dimensions and mounting details. For an electrical assembly, provide photographs of its labels and connectors. If the request concerns a fault, add the displayed error message and describe what happens during normal operation.
Specify whether you need a single component, a maintenance package or an assessment of the service requirement. Keep replacement parts and routine consumables on separate lines, even when they are needed for the same analyser.
Specify consumables precisely
A consumable request needs the full designation, package code, instrument model and number of packs. For reagent panels, distinguish identification, susceptibility and combined products. Send a complete label photograph so smaller suffixes and packaging information remain legible.
For bottles, identify the bottle type and package. For staining solutions, name the product and kit designation. Preserve separate lines for different materials; a broad request for supplies for one analyser does not define the required assortment.
A previous specification can help with repeat procurement. Retain product names, codes and quantities, and remove unrelated commercial contacts. State your requirements for remaining shelf life, packaging and shipping documentation in the enquiry.
Agree equipment and data requirements
Describe any required LIS connection or WHONET workflow alongside the instrument version. The manufacturer lists bidirectional LIS communication for D2Mini and WHONET functions for the relevant systems.
Record the requested software configuration and responsibilities for installation in the project specification.
For a combined order, identify which accessories belong to each instrument and which consumables are needed initially. Separate additional instruments from replacement items for the installed base. This provides a clear basis for comparing configurations and agreeing the delivery contents.
Include the intended laboratory application and receiving country. The request should also state the documents needed by the purchaser. These details help define the supply package before the purchase is confirmed.
Check the received shipment
Compare equipment markings, quantities and package contents with the agreed specification. For a replacement part, retain its association with the serviced instrument. For consumables, check the full product code and pack size recorded in the order.
Keep photographs of received labels with your equipment records. They provide a useful starting point for repeat enquiries. If an item needs clarification, send your enquiry reference, a photograph and the relevant specification line so the issue can be traced precisely.
Availability, price, lead time, documentation for the destination market and compatibility are checked for the specific item. This page does not confirm authorised dealership, registration of every model or certified service. Clinical and industrial configurations are agreed separately.
