Choose the operation and machine family
Start with the crop and the operation: soil cultivation, planting, harvesting, storage or grading. Identify a complete machine, a replacement assembly or an extension to an existing line. Keep these supply scopes separate in the enquiry.
For a new machine, describe the field or store and its working conditions. For installed equipment, provide the nameplate and full serial number. A storage line also needs the designations of the machines that will remain in service and their connection points.
Preserve the exact model and configuration
Record the full designation rather than a shortened family name. RA3060 configurations have different sieving layouts, so the cleaning equipment matters when selecting a web or assembly. Include the nameplate, the relevant drawing and photographs of the actual installed arrangement.
Keep the drawing number, item position and catalogue reference together. If equipment has been modified, provide the current revision and identify the changed section. Assign each attachment to a list position so the information remains connected to one machine and one requested item.
Define the harvesting conditions
For a harvester, identify the crop, row spacing and field conditions. Distinguish a self-propelled machine from a trailed machine. A trailed equipment enquiry also needs the tractor specification and intended attachment arrangement, with the required machine configuration listed separately.
Describe how the harvested product will be collected and transferred. For an existing machine, photograph the harvesting and cleaning sections. When only one unit is needed, mark its boundaries on the drawing and show the interfaces to the assemblies that will stay installed.
Specify the planter and seed preparation
Structural belt planters and CP cup planters use different planting arrangements. State the number of rows, row spacing, seed preparation and required attachment type. A replacement enquiry needs the complete planting unit designation and photographs of its mounting location.
For several rows, identify the side and quantity of each requested part. Show the equipment in its installed arrangement as well as the removed component. List working parts, mounting hardware and complete assemblies separately, preserving the references used in the machine documentation.
Describe SC cultivation and working parts
Identify front or rear mounting and the full cultivator designation. SC Compact belongs to a combination with CP 42; the cultivator and planter identities should remain separate in the enquiry. For a working part, show its profile, mounting interface and rotor position.
Record the required quantity and orientation of each item. A replacement assembly needs its connections to the remaining machine. Add the relevant drawing page and indicate which components will be retained, replaced or supplied as part of the requested cultivation package.
Plan receiving, cleaning and crop flow
Mark the incoming product, cleaning section, grading section, conveyors and store loading points on one plan. MH hoppers, MC conveyors and ML store loaders perform different tasks in that flow. Identify each existing machine with its complete designation and nameplate.
For new equipment, provide the receiving method and the downstream destination. List the space limits and transfer heights with units. If the flow divides, show every outlet. These details connect machine selection with the actual storage layout and the required supply boundaries.
Check conveyor route and transfer interfaces
A conveyor enquiry needs the route, intake and discharge heights and the available space around the equipment. Show mobile sections in their operating positions. Keep the full model index: the ML 70 and ML 80 families have different belt widths.
For an MC 80 Duo replacement, identify the relevant conveyor section. Show the installed belt, drive and transfer point. Distinguish dimensions from the drawing and measurements taken on site, and link each value to a position on the plan or a labelled photograph.
Define grading results and module scope
Describe the crop and the fractions required from the grading operation. State where each output goes. Identify the installed Flexible Grader or Web Grader and show its position within the line, including incoming and outgoing transfers and the actual working module.
For a roller or web replacement, preserve the component reference and drawing position. List supports, drive parts and mounting hardware separately. If the project changes the crop route, provide the revised plan as well as the original machine information to define the reconstruction scope.
Identify webs, rollers and drive assemblies
For a sieving web, identify its working stage and photograph its ends, width and connection. For a roller, show the working surface, shaft ends and supports. A complete assembly enquiry should include its interfaces and an annotated drawing of the requested supply boundary.
A drive, hydraulic component or sensor needs its own full label in addition to the machine identity. Photograph shafts, flanges, fittings or connectors as appropriate. Keep connection information separate from the equipment family name and specify the quantity required for each list item.
Prepare a readable enquiry package
Provide an overall machine photograph, a readable nameplate, the installed location and a close view of the component identification. Name the files by list position. For a maintenance order covering several machines, retain a separate model and serial number for each group.
Use one line per part or assembly with reference, quantity and drawing position. Describe the scope of any requested set instead of using only a general set name. Keep the intended supply package, supporting documents and measurements together so technical clarifications refer to the correct item.
Availability, price, lead time, documents and compatibility are checked for the specific enquiry. This page does not establish official dealership or authorised service status; specifications apply only to the named families and configurations.
