Agilent systems and components

Configurations are assessed against manufacturer documentation and application requirements. Availability, price, lead time and suitability are confirmed during quotation. We are neither an Agilent dealer nor a representative office.

Infinity III HPLC and UHPLC

The Infinity III family covers different pressure and flow requirements. The standard 1260 supports 400 or 600 bar and up to 5 or 10 mL/min, depending on the pump. The 1260 Prime reaches 800 bar and 5 mL/min.

The 1290 supports up to 1300 bar, with a settable flow of 0.001–5 mL/min and binary or quaternary solvent delivery. Specify the analytical method, pump module and intended columns: these configuration limits should be matched to the actual system before selecting replacement fluid-path components.

Gas chromatography platforms

Agilent lists the 8890, 8860 and Intuvo 9000 as gas chromatography platforms used in GC and GC/MS workflows. Select a configuration around the sample, injection mode and detector, then identify the associated consumables.

Include split or splitless operation, autosampler model and carrier gas in the enquiry. For a coupled system, provide the mass spectrometer model separately.

Column requests need the stationary phase, length, internal diameter, film thickness and connection format; a platform name alone does not identify these items.

5977C GC/MSD and ion sources

The 5977C is a single quadrupole GC/MSD with an m/z range of 0.6–1091. Its listed source options include HES EI, InertPlus EI, CI and HydroInert.

Source configuration matters when selecting service parts: high-temperature EI filament G7005-60061 is listed for 5973, 5975 and 5977 instruments, but is not for HES. Agilent identifies it as the replacement for obsolete G3170-60050.

Send the complete instrument model, source type and previous part number so that the requested component can be checked against the installed configuration.

6475 and 6495D triple quadrupole LC/MS

The 6475 and 6495D are triple quadrupole LC/MS systems. The 6495D uses iFunnel technology and early maintenance feedback, with an optional oil-free dry pump configuration. Its service requirements therefore depend on both the ion source and vacuum arrangement.

Agilent's maintenance tools monitor items including the pump, gas filter, detector, nebulizer and capillary. Describe the analytical task and sample matrix when selecting equipment.

For an existing system, include its configuration, error message or tune report and the operating conditions under which the issue occurs.

ICP-MS and the 9500 ICP-QQQ

The 7850 and 7900 are single quadrupole ICP-MS platforms; the 8900 belongs to the ICP-QQQ family. Consumables are selected by instrument model and ion-lens configuration. Introduced in 2026, the 9500 ICP-QQQ combines Advanced Helium Mode and Air mode in its Dual-Cell System for interference removal.

This generation requires its own consumables references. State the sample matrix, acids, salt loading and lens configuration when discussing an instrument or sample-introduction components. Compatibility of parts for earlier platforms must be checked separately.

5800 and 5900 ICP-OES

Torch selection depends on plasma viewing geometry and sample composition. The 5800 is available in RV and VDV configurations; the 5900 SVDV observes radial and axial views simultaneously. G8010-60228 is a one-piece Easy-fit quartz torch with a 1.8 mm internal-diameter injector for aqueous samples.

Its listed applications include 5100, 5110, 5800 and 5900 in VDV/SVDV configuration. Specify viewing mode, acids and dissolved solids. For a demountable torch, identify whether you need the complete assembly, outer tube or injector.

Cary UV-Vis and UV-Vis-NIR

Choose the Cary configuration around wavelength range and sample measurement geometry. The Cary 60 covers 190–1100 nm with a xenon flash lamp, a double-beam optical system and 1.5 nm spectral bandwidth. The Cary 5000 extends coverage to 175–3300 nm and uses deuterium and tungsten-halogen sources.

Agilent offers accessories for transmission and reflectance measurements, including sample holders and optical attachments. Describe whether the samples are liquids or solids, the required range and the installed accessory; include its part number when requesting a replacement.

IDP-15 dry scroll vacuum pump

The IDP-15 is a dry scroll primary vacuum pump. Agilent's catalog specifies 15.4 m³/h at 60 Hz, so frequency and electrical configuration should be included in an equipment enquiry. Service kit X3815-67000 contains PTFE tip seals, a replacement O-ring and Krytox grease.

The manufacturer's maintenance instructions also describe the exhaust filter as a separate service item. Provide the pump nameplate and required service scope, even when the pump belongs to a larger laboratory system. Report pressure, noise or instrument errors for a repair enquiry.

LC pumps, valves and maintenance kits

For existing LC systems, use the pump module code to identify the maintenance package. Extended kit 5065-4499 is listed for 1050, 1100 and 1200 pumps.

It includes piston seals 5063-6589, PTFE frits 01018-22707, active inlet valve cartridge 5062-8562, outlet ball valve G1311-60012 and two pistons 5063-6586. Specify whether the requirement is a full preventive-maintenance kit or individual components.

Include solvent, module identification and the number of pumps being serviced, together with any parts already replaced during recent work.

VWD and DAD detector lamps

Detector lamps differ by module compatibility, connector and RFID provision. G1314-60100 is listed for VWD G1314A/B/C and the corresponding detectors in 1120 and 1220 Infinity systems. G1314-60101 has RFID and is listed for G1314D/E/F and G7114B.

The eight-pin HiS lamp 5190-0917 is listed for G4212A/B and G7117A/B; 2140-0820 serves G1315C/D and G1365C/D. Send the detector nameplate and existing lamp number, rather than only the complete chromatograph family, to identify the relevant replacement.

InfinityLab Poroshell 120 columns

A Poroshell request needs the complete part number and method requirements. EC-C18 column 695975-902T measures 4.6 × 100 mm with 2.7 µm particles and a 600 bar rating in Agilent's selection table. The 693975-302T version is 3.0 × 150 mm, also 2.7 µm and 600 bar.

Part 699675-902 is 2.1 × 50 mm, with 1.9 µm particles and a 1300 bar rating. Send the label or method specification, quantity and desired dimensions before considering any change in stationary phase or geometry.

Split and splitless inlet liners

Select the liner by injection mode, geometry and surface treatment. Part 5183-4647 is a split single-taper LPD liner with glass wool: 4 mm internal diameter, 6.25 mm outside diameter, 78.5 mm length and 870 µL volume.

The 5190-2293 Ultra Inert splitless liner has a single taper and glass wool, with 4 mm internal diameter, 6.47 mm outside diameter, 78.5 mm length and 900 µL volume. Include the current part number and injection method; similar dimensions do not establish an interchangeable configuration.

DB-5ms column module for Intuvo

The Intuvo platform uses a dedicated column-module format. Part 122-5532-INT is a J&W DB-5ms module measuring 30 m × 0.25 mm with a 0.25 µm film, supplied with Smart Key. Agilent explicitly identifies this part as compatible only with the Intuvo 9000 GC System.

Its listed temperature range is −60 to 325/350 °C. Preserve the INT suffix when copying an order list. Send the full label or analytical method and quantity, and list any additional connection components separately.

ICP-MS sampler cones and sample matrices

Sampler-cone materials should be matched to the sample matrix. G3280-67040 combines a nickel tip with a copper base and is described for routine aqueous and acid solutions without HF or organic components.

G3280-67061 uses a nickel-plated base and is recommended for seawater, high salts and chloride matrices. The listed instruments include 7700, 7800, 7850, 7900, 8800 and 8900.

Provide the instrument and lens configuration, previous part number and sample composition, and identify the sampler cone and skimmer as separate requested components.

Information for system selection

Describe the sample matrix, target compounds or elements, analytical method, concentration range and sample volume. Identify required detectors, automation and available gases. If the instrument must join an existing workflow, include the configuration of the equipment it needs to work with.

Supplies for an existing laboratory

For parts, send the complete instrument model, Gxxxx module code, serial number, part number and quantity. Preserve letter suffixes in the specification.

Separate preventive-maintenance consumables from components requested for a fault, and include the error message and operating conditions for the latter.

Start with an instrument model, a parts list or an analytical requirement. Attach the nameplate and current specification, mark the relevant items and quantities. For equipment, include the desired configuration and delivery city so the scope of the quotation can be established.
