General-purpose six-axis arms for machine tending, assembly, grinding and part transfer. Compact models cover 1–30 kg payloads at 465–2,100 mm reach: BRTIRUS0401A (1 kg, 465 mm), BRTIRUS0805A (5 kg, 940 mm), BRTIRUS0707A (7 kg, 700 mm), BRTIRUS1510A (10 kg, 1,500 mm), BRTIRUS2110A (10 kg, 2,100 mm) and BRTIRUS2030A (30 kg, 2,058 mm).
Heavy models for die casting, stamping and large-part transfer. BRTIRUS2917B handles 170 kg at 3,168 mm with J1 ±160° and J6 ±360° axis ranges; BRTIRUS2830B takes 300 kg at 2,832 mm; BRTIRUS3050B takes 500 kg at 3,050 mm with IP54 protection; BRTIRUS3511A offers extra arm span for sheet metal, plastics and textiles.
Take-out manipulators for horizontal injection molding machines. Three-axis BRTNG11WSS3P/F and BRTNN11WSS3P/F serve 250T–480T presses; four-axis BRTNN15WSS4P/F with a telescopic vertical arm serves 470T–800T; five-axis BRTN17WSS5PC with a servo wrist axis covers 600T–1300T (A-axis 360°, C-axis 180°); BRTR13WDS5PC injection servo manipulator covers 360T–700T.
Column palletizers and stackers for cartons, bags and bottles. BRTIRPZ2080A lifts 80 kg at 2,000 mm with a 5.2 s cycle and 300–500 cycles per hour; vertical stroke 1,800 mm, stacking height 1,700 mm. BRTIRPZ2480A handles 80 kg at 2,400 mm, BRTIRPZ3116B 160 kg at 3,100 mm, and BRTIRPZ3013A reaches 3,020 mm on 380 V. Four-axis stackers take 25 kg at 1,800 mm.
Four-axis models for sorting, assembly and stacking. Parallel BRTIRPL1215A handles 15 kg at 1,200 mm with machine vision support; BRTIRPL1203A is rated 3 kg at 1,200 mm with J4 ±180° and J5 ±90° travel. A high-precision SCARA model offers 3 kg at 600 mm.
Welding uses models with a hollow wrist, where the torch cable and hose run inside the arm. BRTIRWD2110A carries 6 kg at 2,200 mm with IP50 protection and 220 V supply; permissible moments are 8.21 N·m on J4, 13.16 N·m on J5 and 9.29 N·m on J6. The range also includes a 1,600 mm welding robot rated 6 kg, and BRTIRUS2110A is used for welding, cutting and deburring.
An explosion-proof spraying robot for paint booths. BRTIRSE2013F carries 13 kg at a 2,000 mm reach; a high-accuracy spraying model in the range has the same 2,000 mm and 13 kg rating. Paths are set from the portable dialogue operator of the control system, so changeover to a new part is done on site.
BRTIRUS1510A accepts the HC control system and suits 200T–600T molding machines; the range also uses the Huacheng control system. The hardware is a dedicated AC servo controller as the lower-level computer and an industrial control computer as the upper-level unit under a distributed control strategy. Programming uses the handheld dialogue teaching pendant. Typical conditions: 220 V ±10 %, 50 Hz ±1 %, 0–40 °C, 20–80 % humidity, 0.5–0.7 MPa pneumatics.

BORUNTE ROBOT CO., LTD. is a high-tech enterprise in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, founded in 2008, with a 25,000+ m² production site, 17+ years of experience, more than 70 robot and manipulator types, and 60+ integrators. Project work covers cell data collection, model and gripper selection, layout, installation, commissioning and operator training.
The manufacturer does not publish a spare parts catalogue or exploded views. The hollow-arm model page lists belt MBT233090502 450-5MHP-9 (90 teeth, Optibelt OMEGA), while the BRTIRPZ3013A page gives no wear-parts list. Published maintenance covers iron powder checks in the reducer oil every 5,000 h or yearly, and every 2,500 h for handling duty.
Sizing starts from the part and the cycle: part mass with the gripper and dynamic accelerations set the payload, trajectory and service points set the reach, and shop layout sets the mounting type. The machine class follows: six-axis for complex paths and welding, SCARA or parallel for fast sorting, a palletizer for pallet stacking, an IMM manipulator for mold take-out.
The manufacturer does not publicly disclose prices, lead times or delivery terms, so cost and schedule are fixed in a commercial proposal. The project starts with a survey: which operations are automated, how many parts per hour are required, and how the equipment is arranged. The model and gripper are then agreed, the base and guarding prepared to ISO 10218, installation and commissioning carried out, paths programmed from the teaching pendant, and operators trained.
