Selected models
BRTIRUS1510A is a six-axis robot rated for a maximum 10 kg payload and 1587 mm reach in the current official product page. BRTIRUS1820A offers a maximum 20 kg payload and 1895 mm reach. BRTIRUS0707A is a six-axis model with an 883 mm reach and maximum 7 kg payload. BORUNTE also publishes technical materials for the BRTIRUS0805A six-axis robot and BRTIRSC0603A four-axis robot.

Application selection
Include the gripper, adapter and tool in the payload assessment. Check centre of gravity, wrist moments, inertia, trajectory access and cycle requirements. Reach alone does not establish whether the robot can approach a fixture in the required orientation.

Specify the controller, pendant, cable lengths, mounting position and communication interfaces. Tooling, vision and cell protection are defined separately by the integration project. For a replacement, provide the complete model, nameplate and existing controller details.

Send the quantity, process description, payload with tooling and layout constraints. Availability, delivery time, price and package contents are confirmed for the selected configuration.
