ED5L, ED5E and ED3L servo drives

The official catalogue lists ED5L, ED5E and ED3L families, with separate dual axis and linear ED3L versions. Include the supply, ratings, communication interface and connected motor code. Matching power ratings alone does not establish compatibility; wiring, configuration and software versions require checking.

EM3 servo motors

Listed motor families include EM3A, EM3J, EM3G and EM3L, covering different inertia categories. Specify the full code, power, speed, shaft, flange, brake and feedback type. For a motor fitted to an existing machine, also identify the drive and cables. Mechanical dimensions and load requirements matter when selecting a new combination.

Industrial robots and SCARA

The SCARA range includes iER3-400-SR and iER3-500-SR; ER is another industrial robot range. Tie each spare part request to the precise robot and control cabinet. Provide nameplates, axis identification and the part number from the equipment documentation. A robot family name does not define every cabinet configuration.

Controllers and peripherals

For motion controllers and peripheral modules, identify the axis count, communication protocol, I/O, project version and adjacent modules. A controller replacement may require the original project and a software compatibility review. State whether an exact replacement is mandatory or an alternative can be considered.
