KMU LOFT Cleanwater / KLC industrial vacuum evaporators
Advanced vacuum evaporation systems and industrial wastewater treatment plants by KMU LOFT Cleanwater / KLC. System engineering, equipment sizing, and direct worldwide supply.
KLC-MASTER Line vacuum evaporators
KLC-MASTER Line vacuum evaporators feature a modular architecture with natural and forced circulation for demanding industrial wastewater treatment. They concentrate active process baths and oily rinsing waters. Units include automated CIP wash cycles and heavy-duty rotary lobe vapor blowers.
- Adjustable circulation
- Concentrate recovery
- Modular compact layout
- Rotary lobe vapor blowers
DESTIMAT LE natural circulation evaporators
DESTIMAT LE vacuum evaporators operate on natural circulation with minimal energy demand. They treat spent cutting fluids, oily emulsions, and surface rinsing waters, returning up to 98% pure distillate. Annual throughput ranges from 264 to 23,000 m³ without auxiliary recirculation pumps.
- Natural circulation LE
- Up to 98% distillate reuse
- 264 to 23,000 m³ per year
- Shell-and-tube exchangers
PROWADEST forced circulation evaporators
PROWADEST forced circulation evaporators are engineered for heavily foaming and salt-rich industrial streams. An integrated high-velocity pump prevents heat exchanger scaling, while an external cyclone ensures pure distillate. Annual capacity spans from 180 to 15,000 m³ across diverse applications.
- Forced circulation loop
- High-efficiency cyclone
- 180 to 15,000 m³ per year
- High-velocity feed pumps
Peripheral water treatment modules
KMU LOFT peripheral water treatment systems feature pre-treatment belt filters, two-phase coalescing oil separators, continuous pH neutralisation, and deionised water polishers. They integrate seamlessly with vacuum evaporators into automated closed-loop systems for complete Zero Liquid Discharge.
- Fine belt sludge filters
- Coalescing oil separators
- In-line pH neutralisation
- DI polishing systems
Engineering advantages of vacuum distillation
KMU LOFT Cleanwater vacuum evaporation systems implement Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) principles, recovering up to 98% of treated process water for immediate industrial reuse.
Operating under vacuum lowers the working boiling point, preventing thermal degradation of components and drastically cutting specific energy consumption.
The closed loop design concentrates hazardous effluent into a minimal volume of residue, dramatically lowering disposal costs and supporting corporate sustainability objectives.
Configuration and system selection
Equipment sizing is determined through laboratory analysis of customer wastewater samples, assessing total dissolved solids, COD levels, and foaming behavior.
Depending on effluent chemistry, installations utilize natural circulation DESTIMAT LE or high-velocity forced circulation PROWADEST with external cyclonic separation.
Turnkey packages incorporate upstream fine belt filtration, continuous pH adjustment, and downstream ion-exchange polishing to satisfy demanding distillate reuse requirements.
