Indutherm VC series automated vacuum pressure casting machines (VC 400, VC 500, VC 650 V) cast gold, silver, brass, and aluminum alloys. Pneumatic chamber locking and overpressure up to 3 bar ensure dense filling. We supply graphite crucibles, thermocouples, and seals.

Advantages of Indutherm Vacuum Pressure Casting Technology
Indutherm VC and MC series vacuum pressure casters melt alloys inside a sealed chamber protected by an inert argon or nitrogen atmosphere. This eliminates oxidation and burn-off of sensitive alloying elements, delivering exceptional metallurgical purity for gold, silver, and copper alloys.
The casting cycle introduces overpressure up to 3 bar immediately after pouring, forcing molten metal into intricate mold cavities. Combined with preceding mold evacuation, this process eliminates non-fills, shrink holes, and surface porosity in high-precision investment casting.
AUG Gas Atomizers for Additive Manufacturing and Powder Metallurgy
Indutherm AUG gas atomizers disintegrate molten metal streams using supersonic inert gas jets, producing ultra-pure spherical powders. These systems are specifically engineered for additive manufacturing (SLM/LPBF), direct energy deposition, and metal injection moulding (MIM).
The equipment supports induction melting crucibles in standard and high-temperature HTC+ configurations, processing precious metals, titanium, cobalt-chrome, and superalloys with tight particle size distributions.
