Tsinghua Tongfang Heat Pump
Tsinghua Tongfang Heat Pump systems
SpareX reviews THTF heat pumps for heating, cooling and pool projects against a technical specification. Define the equipment family, operating duties and required package.
Commercial R290 heat pumps
The commercial R290 family is described for heating and cooling, with outlet water up to 75°C and heating operation down to -25°C ambient air. Select a configuration against the required operating point of the project.
- Commercial inverter R290 family
- Outlet water up to 75°C in the family description
- Heating ambient limit down to -25°C
R290 inverter monobloc units
The R290 monobloc family provides heating and cooling with its refrigerant circuit contained in the outdoor unit. Describe the building requirements and proposed water circuit when requesting an equipment configuration.
- R290 heating and cooling family
- Refrigerant circuit contained in the outdoor unit
- Include the proposed hydraulic arrangement
R32 split systems
The R32 split family combines indoor and outdoor units for heating and cooling. Define both units in the equipment list. Include the proposed water circuit and the installation requirements for each part of the system.
- R32 split configuration
- Separate indoor and outdoor units
- Identify both units in the equipment list
Commercial R32 pool heat pumps
The commercial R32 pool family lists TS070C, TS103C and TS136C. State the pool operating requirements, water circuit arrangement and installation conditions. Keep the pool system separate from the building heating configuration.
- Commercial R32 pool heat pump family
- Models TS070C, TS103C and TS136C
- State the pool duty and water circuit arrangement
Define the required project duty
Begin with the purpose of the system: space heating, cooling, water heating or a separate pool circuit. Provide the load and operating conditions established by your project designer. For a building, include information about the existing consumers, hydraulic arrangement and proposed unit location.
If the project includes several duties, describe each one separately and explain how the task changes during the operating season.
A limit stated for a product family does not replace the project's required operating point. The enquiry should describe the conditions under which the requested output is needed.
SpareX connects the equipment discussion to that specification and records the proposed configuration as an identifiable equipment list.
Describe the water circuit
Provide a drawing showing how the heat pump connects to the project water system. Identify existing and proposed equipment, circulation assemblies, vessels and consumers. State which items are required in the supplied package and which are provided by the customer.
A readable connection detail can supplement a larger drawing while retaining its reference to the overall system.
Discuss the package by item: heat pump, required hydraulic components, controls and accessories. This makes the project boundaries visible and gives the customer's technical specialist a clear basis for reviewing the proposed connection.
Keep each configuration linked to its own drawing and equipment list rather than relying on an informal description of the building.
Monobloc and split installation arrangements
An R290 monobloc and an R32 split system require different descriptions of the equipment arrangement. The monobloc has its refrigerant circuit contained in the outdoor unit. The split family includes indoor and outdoor units.
Show the location of each part, the required service access and the connection route prepared by the project designer. Keep the two configurations distinct in the enquiry.
For replacement of an existing heat pump, attach site photographs and the installed machine identification. Mark the system elements that the project intends to retain.
Equipment labels and a clear site arrangement help describe the required package without guessing the purpose of items visible in a general photograph.
Power supply and system control
Submit the project power requirements and describe the proposed control arrangement. State whether the unit should operate independently or connect to an existing building control system. List the required functions and signals explicitly.
When a control cabinet already exists, provide the relevant part of its drawing and the interface designations confirmed by the customer's responsible specialist.
A controller, panel and additional control components should appear as individual items when the project needs them. A particular connection must be reviewed against the documentation for the selected configuration.
A family name or refrigerant designation alone does not define the electrical package or the functions included in the equipment list.
Treat the pool as a separate application
Describe the pool operating schedule, water circuit conditions and requirements established by its designer. The drawing should distinguish the heat pump from filtration equipment, external circulation assemblies and other controls.
State whether the system operates seasonally or serves several zones. Installation and service requirements should refer to the particular unit being considered for the project.
Keep pool equipment separate from the building heating configuration. Record the selected model, quantity and required accessories in the equipment list. For replacement of an existing unit, its nameplate and connection drawing help relate the request to the actual installation.
They also help identify which parts of the system belong to the heat pump package.
Package contents and project boundaries
Separate the manufacturer's equipment, external system components and work at the destination. List what should accompany the unit and what is already included in the customer's project. For several machines, identify the contents of each configuration.
If the specification permits alternatives, present them as separate lists with clear differences so the purchasing and engineering teams can review them line by line.
Connection and commissioning work need their own defined scope. Discussion of the hardware package does not replace site design.
The final equipment list should connect the selected machine, accessories and accompanying documents to the customer's original technical requirements, making the proposed package understandable to the receiving team.
Replacement assemblies for installed equipment
A parts enquiry needs the complete machine code, component label and position in the unit drawing. For a split system, identify both indoor and outdoor units. List circulation assemblies, boards, sensors, drives and connection parts separately. State the required package contents and quantities.
A location photograph helps link the item to a particular machine rather than merely to a product family.
The service organisation determines the fault and the work required on the installed equipment. Keep its component identification and the original label in the hardware request.
A complete heat pump and an individual replacement part remain different items in the technical discussion and purchasing list, even when they are discussed in one enquiry.
Documents, packaging and shipment destination
Attach the technical specification, equipment schedule or relevant manual pages for the requested model. Keep manufacturer component codes beside translated descriptions. State the destination country and city, packaging requirements and the documents needed for receiving inspection.
For equipment allocated to different sites, provide package identification connected to the project equipment list.
The agreed configuration should make it possible to check each unit and its accessories. Link a question about package contents to a specific line, photograph or specification item.
This gives the purchaser, designer and receiving specialist the same reference when reviewing the proposed equipment and checking what is included in the project package.
