- Respective weights: 4.8 / 6.3 kg
LIV00 assemblies with PV07
Medium- and high-flow configurations include the SLGTZ16 version. Its pressure range differs from the version without the 16 suffix; a similar body does not establish the operating limit.
- SLGTZ16 control range: 0–16 bar
- SLGTZ16 maximum working pressure: 17 bar
- Three-channel suffix: 03-03-00-SLG
- Listed assemblies: DC 24 V, 0–10 V
About YANZTEK
YANZTEK Machinery Technology Research (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is an industrial company focused on fluid technology and pressure control. Its catalogue includes proportional valves and integrated assemblies for industrial gas circuits and production equipment.
Identify the complete valve configuration
Begin with a clear photograph of the manufacturer label. PV02, PV07 and PV09 identify product families, while the remaining characters distinguish individual configurations. Record the entire order code, including separators and its final suffix.
For an existing machine, add the equipment model and the valve position on its pneumatic diagram.
A photograph of the overall gas panel helps distinguish a standalone proportional valve from a component of an integrated assembly. Include close views of every electrical connector and gas port.
When the label is unreadable, provide available drawings and measured mounting dimensions instead of choosing a part solely by its appearance.
State whether the enquiry concerns a complete valve, an assembled block or a specifically identified replacement component. For multiple items, use a separate line for each code and quantity.
Link photographs to those lines so that similar-looking configurations remain distinguishable throughout quotation and delivery.
Define gas, pressure and operating conditions
Specify the gas, available inlet pressure and required controlled outlet range. The referenced manufacturer pages list compressed air and inert gases.
Applications involving another medium require a separate check of the selected configuration, materials, sealing arrangement and gas-cleanliness requirements against its documentation.
Maximum working pressure and the pressure-control range are different values. The referenced PV09 regulates from 0–25 bar and lists a maximum working pressure of 29 bar. The vacuum PV02 operates in a negative-pressure range.
These figures describe particular products and do not establish the permissible operating limit of an entire installation.
For an integrated block, supply the complete circuit. Switching components can have different pressure ratings, so the rating of one component cannot be applied to every flow path.
Preserve the SLGTZ16 suffix where applicable: that listed assembly regulates from 0–16 bar with a maximum working pressure of 17 bar.
Choose analogue or network control
A DC 24 V supply does not identify the command interface. YANZTEK product pages include analogue 0–10 V and 4–20 mA control as well as PROFINET and EtherCAT configurations. Selection must account for the actual controller output, connector, pin assignment and pressure-command scaling.
For a networked device, name the industrial network and controller model and identify any available device-description files. For an analogue installation, provide the signal range and wiring diagram.
Changing the interface can require modifications to wiring or controller configuration, which should be defined before the supply list is finalised.
Separate the electrical requirements of proportional regulation from those of individual switching valves in an assembly. Label cables before removing an existing unit and retain the connection drawing.
This makes it easier to verify the replacement against the machine and identify missing mating connectors or leads.
Check flow capacity and mechanical integration
Describe the required gas flow at the intended operating pressure and the process duty. Published values such as 120, 2000 and 2500 L/min belong to different product pages.
They are not directly interchangeable design values without the applicable test conditions, pressure drop and gas characteristics.
Check the size and function of each port, the flow direction, the exhaust arrangement and mounting-hole locations. The referenced PV07 EtherCAT uses G3/8 connections, while the selected PV09 versions use G1/2.
Thread size alone does not determine passage size, interface compatibility or pressure range.
For installation in an existing cabinet or panel, include the available space and access requirements. A dimensionally suitable body can still leave insufficient room for connectors or pipe bends.
Drawings should show the installed orientation and the clearance needed for connection and routine servicing.
Specify integrated gas-control assemblies
LIV00 assemblies combine pressure regulation with switching functions and gas connections. Define the purpose of each channel and supply the full pneumatic diagram. Similar assemblies can differ in the number of flow paths, switching-valve passages, electrical commands and component pressure limits.
The official catalogue separates two-channel and three-channel PV09 assemblies. The PIV07-03-PN-16-10-02-01 is a three-channel spraying block using PROFINET.
Preserve that distinction when preparing the equipment specification and describe the required sequence of operation rather than referring only to a generic valve block.
The hybrid-cutting category contains gas-control valves. An enquiry should therefore identify the required gas-control component and the host machine.
For a retrofit, provide the input and output signal list and the target operating sequence so that the proposed supply can be compared with the integration requirements.
Prepare a replacement enquiry
Describe the observed behaviour: a steady pressure offset, slow pressure build-up, unstable regulation or no response to a command. Indicate whether one channel or several channels are affected.
These observations support component selection; they are not a remote diagnosis of the cause of a machine fault.
Before removal, qualified personnel should isolate electrical power and release pressure following the equipment instructions. Where available, retain inlet-pressure readings, command values and controller messages.
Check power, gas supply and connections using the established maintenance procedure for the machine.
For repeated failures, include the location of the unit, operating medium and duty conditions. Do not select a larger valve merely because it looks similar.
Document the operating conditions first, then compare the specified replacement with the complete circuit and the original device identification.
Define delivery scope and acceptance
Send the full YANZTEK code, quantity, label photographs and delivery destination. A new equipment project also needs the medium, inlet and outlet pressures, required flow, command interface and mounting arrangement.
A maintenance enquiry should identify whether the requirement is a valve, a complete assembly or an individual documented component.
List the main device, cables, mating connectors, connection fittings and requested documentation separately. Check the list against the agreed specification before ordering. For networked devices, identify the device-description files and configuration information required by the automation team.
Keep the complete product code consistent across the enquiry and supply documents.
On receipt, compare identification, quantities and supplied components with the agreed list. Installation and functional checks should follow the equipment documentation and its permissible operating conditions.
If several similar-looking variants are supplied, label them by machine position to prevent accidental installation in the wrong circuit.
Plan spares for existing production equipment
A maintenance spare should match the actual installed configuration. Prepare a register linking each machine and circuit position to its YANZTEK code. Keep analogue and networked versions separate.
Where several generations of a machine are in service, compare the labels of the installed valves rather than assuming the latest machine manual applies to all of them.
For a removed block, identify which associated components remain on the equipment. Specify whether the replacement must include switching valves and fittings or only the proportional section.
That distinction makes the delivery scope clearer and lets the maintenance team check that all required connections are available before installation.
Availability, price, lead time, documentation and compatibility are checked for the specific item. This page does not establish official dealership, authorised servicing or automatic interchangeability between versions.
