- Stripes and simple patterns with defined edges
- Stripes and simple patterns without masking
Identify the industrial equipment and supply scope
Dürr Systems AG is based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany. Its industrial portfolio includes paint application, material supply and painting automation. Preserve the complete machine or component designation from the nameplate, together with the serial number and project reference where available.
For new equipment, define the intended coating operation and required supply package. For an installed system, identify the unit and drawing position. Group enquiries for several lines by installation, assigning each photograph and document to its corresponding list item.
Specify the atomizer or spray gun configuration
An EcoBell enquiry needs the generation, full version, charging arrangement and coating material. Photograph the installed atomizer, bell cup and required drawing position. List the turbine, valve block, mixer and cup separately when these are different items in the requested supply package.
For EcoGun, identify MAN or AUTO and the AS, AA or AL family. Preserve the references for the body, nozzle, needle and air cap. Describe the material feed arrangement and the intended coating result; a nozzle size alone does not define the entire gun configuration.
Describe the material and pump duty
For EcoPump selection, provide the coating data sheet or available material specification. State viscosity with measurement conditions, temperature, flow requirement and operating duty.
Identify whether the pump supplies an individual applicator, transfers material from a container or operates in a circulation circuit.
For an installed pump, send the complete designation, drive label and connection details. Distinguish a complete pump group, fluid section and maintenance kit.
A fault-related enquiry should describe the symptom and when it occurs, together with the checks already performed and an annotated circuit drawing.
Define mixing and dosing requirements
An EcoDose enquiry should identify two or three components, their material names and the required mixing ratio. Add the usable mixture time and application process. Manual application and an automated cell need their own operating requirements, even when they use the same coating material.
For a replacement module, include the system designation and circuit drawing. Identify the dosing unit, measuring components, mixer and valves. Mark the components that will remain installed and supply the connection information and current settings relevant to the requested module.
Keep each material circuit identifiable.
Plan paint supply and colour changes
For EcoSupply P, provide a route drawing from the material supply to the consuming units. Describe the colours, materials and required operating sequence. Identify launching and receiving stations, pigs and connections on the same drawing as the rest of the paint supply components.
For an individual replacement, photograph the station label and actual connections. Define the supply boundary and any sections retained in service. A new supply project also needs the container arrangement, consumer locations and available space.
List spare pigs and working components separately from the complete system.
Identify regulators, valves and filters
Record the code from the regulator or valve body and its function in the circuit. Include the medium, working pressure and connections. A maintenance kit needs the component designation and the relevant assembly position.
Keep the requested spring, diaphragm or sealing components associated with that device.
Distinguish a filter element from its housing in the parts list. For hoses and fittings, describe both connection ends, length and material requirements. Photograph a pressure gauge scale and mounting connection.
Give the quantity and required assembly scope for each component rather than grouping everything under a general valve description.
Select EcoDry consumables or separation modules
Identify EcoDryScrubber or EcoDry X from the booth documentation before preparing the enquiry. Record the section and complete filter designation. For a consumable batch, list every separation stage and its quantity. Preserve the stage sequence and flow direction in the attached service drawing.
Photograph the section and installed filter labels. A mechanical module enquiry should mark its boundaries and interfaces to the retained installation. For an upgrade, add the existing booth layout, coating material, operating duty and service access.
Keep consumables separate from the equipment needed for the reconstruction project.
Define the robot and painting cell
Preserve the complete EcoRP robot designation and controller information. For a new cell, describe workpiece geometry, coating areas, workpiece presentation and equipment layout.
List the robot, atomizer and material supply as connected elements of one project, retaining their separate identification and supply scope.
For a spare part, locate it in the documentation for the actual robot. Photograph its installed position, label and connections. A cell modification should identify retained equipment and the new project boundary.
For EcoPaintJet, include the required coating pattern and material data alongside the workpiece geometry.
Prepare the equipment specification and delivery list
Use one list line for each machine, assembly or part, with designation, reference, quantity and required contents. Name photographs by line number and mark the drawings clearly. Record units for all dimensions and distinguish documentation values from measurements taken at the installation.
For equipment, define the desired result and installation conditions. For parts, add the installation serial number and catalogue position. Include the delivery destination, packaging requirements and document list.
Installation or commissioning assistance, when requested, should have a separate scope linked to the equipment specification.
Availability, price, lead time, documents and compatibility are checked for the specific enquiry. This page does not establish official dealership or authorised service status; specifications apply only to the named families and configurations.
