INDX 900e: tabletop X-ray film processor

A compact automatic processor for industrial X-ray film and varied low-volume workloads. Its dry-to-dry workflow takes exposed film through processing to a dried image. Specify whether the request concerns a complete machine or a replacement assembly.

INDX 43 2.0b and 43/5MW: compare the operating cycle

These processors handle industrial X-ray sheet and roll film. Compare their speeds together with the associated development or dry-to-dry time. Keep the complete suffix in a purchase request: INDX 43 alone does not identify the machine configuration.

Maximum film width for both models is 43 cm.
2.0b: 24 cm/min at 100 s development time.
5MW: 31 cm/min at an eight-minute dry-to-dry cycle.
5MW production speed range: 21–115 cm/min.

INDX 43/55: higher-volume industrial radiography

The 43/55 is intended for customers processing a high quantity of industrial X-ray film each day. Describe the normal and largest film formats, peak batch size and shift pattern. These details allow a specification to reflect actual laboratory loading.

INDX 37 NDT Dryer and Mobile: two separate duties

The Dryer dries film that has already been processed manually; the Mobile is a compact self-contained processing facility for a vehicle or container. Identify which duty is required before preparing a machine or spare-parts enquiry.

Dryer handles film widths up to 37 cm.
Dryer includes a rinse with wetting solution.
Mobile is designed for a movable inspection facility.

INDX FDS and NDT Container: feeding and workspace

FDS feeds industrial X-ray sheets into a connected processor. NDT Container is a configurable mobile inspection workshop for analogue or digital inspection. Specify the processing machine and the workshop scope separately, including any existing equipment to be retained.

FDS is intended for INDX 43/5MW and 43/55.
Loading: 1–3 stacks with up to 50 sheets per stack.
Roll film uses manual feeding.
Container equipment and services follow the project requirements.

PCB 900, NG/NGs and Widetrack: phototool processing

PCB 900 addresses small-format, low-volume work. NG/NGs and Widetrack can serve manual loading or a film-plotter workflow. An online connection depends on the plotter and interface; include the plotter model and maximum film dimensions in the enquiry.

PCB 900 uses a fully automatic dry-to-dry process.
NG/NGs measure incoming film area without contact.
NG/NGs have DEV, FIX and WASH filters with change alerts.
Widetrack versions include 140 PCB 90 and 160 PCB 90.

Photo RA4, C41/BW/E6 and Pro Film Dry Master

Select a photographic line by the material and chemistry workflow. Eco Line RA4 is for cut-sheet RC paper, while Studio and Print Line also support rolls. Pro Film Dry Master dries previously processed film; it does not replace a developing processor.

Eco Line RA4 widths: 56 and 80 cm.
Studio Line RA4 widths: 56, 66 and 80 cm.
C41/BW/E6 require the corresponding film-processing configuration.
Dry Master supports 135/120 and sheets up to 8×10 inches.

Water Panel, Mixing Console and Easy Clean

Accessories cover rinse-water monitoring, preparation and transfer of chemistry, and cleaning of the processing path. Keep water preparation, chemical storage and cleaning products as separate enquiry lines, with the intended processor and required quantities.

Water Panel: 10-inch housing for 5–10 micron elements.
The panel includes pressure, temperature and flow monitoring.
Mixing Console mixes, stores and transfers processing chemistry.
Easy Clean includes Cleaning Sheets, Algae MD and Algae AD.

Transport rollers, racks and drive components

Identify a transport component using the full machine model and the position in its manual. Separate an individual roller, shaft, complete rack and drive assembly in the list. Provide photographs of the installed assembly as well as the removed component.

State the installation position and assembly function.
Include dimensions of shafts and mounting points.
Keep original component markings in the enquiry.
Distinguish individual quantities from complete assembly quantities.

Pumps, hoses and solution-system components

State the duty of a pump in the specific processor: circulation, replenishment or transfer. For hoses and fittings, supply the hydraulic drawing, connection dimensions and documented fluid conditions. List a pump and its installation accessories separately when both are required.

Photograph the pump label and electrical connection.
Describe connection sizes and flow direction.
Identify the position in the hydraulic drawing.
Specify a pump alone or a connection package.

Heating, sensing and control: replacement identification

Use the markings, wiring arrangement and installed revision to identify electrical components. For a control board, photograph both sides, labels and connectors. For a sensor, add the drawing position and connection details; a display message alone does not identify the replacement.

Copy the voltage from the component label.
Provide the board number and revision marking.
Show the sensor housing and connector.
Describe the controller message and when it appears.

Drying section and maintenance components

Link a drying-section enquiry to the machine type and the actual assembly. For a heater, blower or filter, provide identification, dimensions and installation photographs. A maintenance package should be based on the machine manual and the list of components selected by the operator.

Separate a complete module from its individual components.
Show airflow direction and electrical connections.
Include mounting dimensions and fixing details.
State the processed material and normal operating cycle.

Identify the machine and the installed revision

Send an overall machine photograph, a readable identification plate and the full type designation including suffixes. Add the serial number and the title page of the manual used at the site. If assemblies have already been replaced, describe those changes and retain their markings in the request.

For a named spare part, attach the relevant manual page and drawing position. For an unidentified part, provide views from several sides and dimensions of the mounting interfaces. Separate requests for a complete assembly from requests for one component inside it.

Define the processing workload

State the film type, usual and largest formats, images per shift and peak batches. Explain whether the site requires full automatic developing, drying after manual processing, or a mobile inspection facility. Include the loading arrangement and any existing feeder that should remain in service.

Keep speed and cycle conditions together when comparing machines. The stated 13, 31 and 55 cm/min figures use an eight-minute dry-to-dry cycle; the 2.0b figure of 24 cm/min uses 100 s development time. Retain these conditions and the required film width.

Prepare the installation and interface information

Attach a room layout and the available service connections. For through-wall loading, show both sides of the intended installation. For a vehicle or container, include the usable space and the equipment already installed.

List the processor, feeder and workspace equipment as separate specification items.

For PCB film, include the plotter model and whether manual or online loading is needed. For photographic material, state RC paper, display film or camera film and the chemistry process. These details distinguish a matching configuration from a machine with a similar external size.

Prepare a replacement component enquiry

For pumps, provide the duty, label, electrical connection and hydraulic drawing position. Include photographs and dimensions of the fluid connections. For rollers and racks, show the complete transport section and the component to be replaced, with shaft and mounting measurements.

For control boards, show both sides, revision labels and connectors. For sensors and heaters, add the electrical drawing position and component markings. Describe a fault message separately from the presumed replacement part, and note recent maintenance or changes to the installation.

Plan water, chemistry and maintenance accessories

Identify the processor connected to Water Panel and provide its documented water requirements. For Mixing Console, explain the mixing, storage and transfer duties required at the site. Separate cleaning products from processing chemicals and from the hardware used to manage them.

Easy Clean Algae MD and AD use different dosing arrangements. For repeat purchases, attach the current product label and required quantity. Build a maintenance list from the specific machine manual and selected components, distinguishing routine replacements, reserve parts and cleaning consumables.

Specify the package and receiving requirements

List equipment, assemblies, accessories and consumables separately. State what must be supplied with each complete assembly and which existing components will be retained. For a batch covering several machines, keep every item linked to the appropriate model and serial number.

Add the destination, packaging and identification requirements, and the documents needed by the receiving company. Before ordering, the full designation, agreed configuration and quantities are checked against the specification.

The receiving team can then compare package labels and item markings with that list.
