Request DEUBLIN rotary unions, slip rings and system components for industrial machinery. Send the full marking or an operating and mounting specification.

Pop-Off coolant unions

Pop-Off separates the seal faces when coolant pressure is removed. Deublin offers through-spindle coolant unions, including 1109 and 1121 families. Identify the complete part number before ordering a replacement.

  • 1109: rotor-mounted and bore-mounted designs
  • 1121: bearingless design
  • Specify spindle, medium and operating cycle
  • Send the marking, supply layout and drain arrangement

AutoSense for coolant, MQL and air

AutoSense changes seal operation for coolant, minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) and dry air. The 1124 and 1154 families include bearingless solutions. Selection depends on the spindle arrangement and the complete specification.

  • 1124: full-flow AutoSense design
  • 1154: long stroke following drawbar movement
  • Describe coolant, MQL and air switching
  • Check the exact variant and axial travel

Water unions: 57, 755 and 6200–6400

The 57 and 755 families offer monoflow and duoflow arrangements. The 6200–6400 family allows seal replacement on the machine while retaining the union and hoses. Include water conditions and the flow arrangement in your enquiry.

  • 57: replaceable seals for water circuits
  • 755: monoflow and duoflow variants
  • 6200–6400: on-machine seal service
  • Send size, thread hand and photographs

Air rotary unions

Deublin supplies single-channel and multi-channel pneumatic unions. The 17 and 21 families address low-speed applications; 1690 and 1890 provide two passages. Describe the air circuit separately from any other media.

  • 17 and 21: low-speed single-channel families
  • 1690 and 1890: two independent passages
  • Specify pressure, speed and rotation cycle
  • Attach the port and connection layout

Hydraulic oil rotary unions

The Deublin hydraulic range includes single-passage 1005, 1102, 1115 and 1205 families. These components transfer oil to rotating mechanisms, including clutch and drive applications. Use the complete mounting and operating specification for selection.

  • 1005, 1102, 1115 and 1205: connection variants
  • Identify the hydraulic fluid
  • Provide pressure, speed and temperature
  • For replacement: full code and mounting drawing

Multi-passage unions: 1379 and 2620–2650

Independent passages serve different media. The 1379 has four passages, 2620 has two, 2630 has three and 2650 has five. Start selection with the duty of each passage and the rotating assembly layout.

  • 1379: four passages for different media
  • 2620: two; 2630: three; 2650: five passages
  • Applications include clamping and rotary tables
  • Provide separate conditions for each passage

Steam, thermal oil and condensate removal

Deublin offers HPS, FSU and other steam families, plus thermal oil solutions including CSO and CSFO. Review a steam and condensate circuit together with its siphon, dryer cylinder and machine operating requirements.

  • HPS: steam joints for corrugators
  • FSU: steam joint with a stationary siphon
  • CSO and CSFO: heat-transfer fluid solutions
  • Attach the steam, return and support layout

Electrical slip rings and integrated assemblies

Deublin slip rings transfer power, control signals and data between stationary and rotating parts. Standard, through-bore and integrated solutions are available, including assemblies combining electrical transmission with media transfer.

  • Standard and Through-Bore: different layouts
  • Integrated Solutions: slip ring and rotary union
  • Specify electrical circuits and protocols
  • Add the media layout for an integrated assembly

Identify the union by its complete marking

Start with the full code on the housing or nameplate. Copy every number group, letter and suffix, and attach an overall photograph plus a close-up of the marking. For an installed component, include views of the rotor, stationary housing, ports and connected hoses.

Name the machine manufacturer, model, installation position and purpose: replacement or a new assembly. If the marking is unreadable, send the machine specification, drawing or earlier order. List different variants separately for review before quotation.

Describe the operating conditions

Include the medium, pressure, temperature and rotational speed, with the units used in your documentation. Distinguish normal operating conditions from brief maximum values.

Add the required flow where available and describe the machine cycle, including continuous rotation, stops, tool changes and intermittent media supply.

For a multi-passage union, list the port, duty, medium and conditions for each passage. If documented and displayed values differ, send both with an explanation. This defines the required variant alongside its mounting dimensions.

Provide the mounting and connection layout

Attach a mounting drawing or a dimensioned sketch. Show the rotor connection to the machine, housing restraint, port positions and available space around the component. For threaded designs, copy the thread designation and hand from the drawing or specification.

For a removed assembly, photograph mating surfaces and fixing parts. For a new machine, state permitted dimensions, fastening and service access. Send original drawings with their units and related pages covering the mounting arrangement.

Through-spindle coolant and changing media

For a spindle union, identify the spindle model and installed part number, then show the coolant supply layout. Explain when coolant is supplied, whether MQL or dry air is used and what happens during a tool change. Include the specified axial movement and available mounting information.

For a replacement, describe the observed issue, such as leakage, a flow change or a problem during a particular operating cycle. These details support the technical enquiry while the component itself may require examination. Pop-Off and AutoSense refer to different seal technologies.

The order specification should therefore contain the complete selected code and required assembly contents, together with your machine requirements.

Water circuits and duoflow arrangements

Show the water inlet and return route. Identify a monoflow or duoflow arrangement, provide the internal tube information where specified and show the union position relative to the shaft or drum. Include the operating temperature, pressure and water conditions.

For service of a 57, 755 or 6200–6400 union, send the complete code and photographs of the existing component. List a requested seal kit separately from a complete replacement union. For a batch of identical items, include one readable marking and confirm that the other items share the same variant.

This makes the quantity and assembly contents easier to verify when preparing the purchasing specification.

Several media in a rotating assembly

Begin a multi-passage enquiry with the port diagram. Label the medium and destination of every passage, and explain the function of the rotary table, clamping mechanism or other assembly. Describe rotation and stops.

For a replacement, retain the port names used in the existing machine documentation.

For a new assembly, provide a specification covering installation space and connection requirements. The 1379, 2620, 2630 and 2650 families have different passage counts, so the application description matters. List the union, mating parts and additional components as separate items.

The proposed supply scope can then be reviewed against a clear list of functions and components for your project.

Steam joints and the surrounding system

State the machine and dryer cylinder type, union designation, steam conditions and siphon arrangement. Attach the condensate return layout and the existing assembly drawing. If only a replacement component is needed, show its position in the parts list to define the purchasing scope.

For thermal oil, identify the heat-transfer fluid and operating temperature separately. Explain whether the enquiry concerns a steam circuit, an oil circuit or distinct assemblies on the same machine.

For a steam and condensate system project, provide the installation layout and modernization objective. Deublin treats these systems as a separate product area; the requested equipment and system components should be specified together.

Electrical requirements for an integrated assembly

For a slip ring, describe the circuits carrying power, control, measurement or data. Attach the electrical diagram, circuit requirements, connectors and installation restrictions.

A replacement enquiry should begin with the existing marking and documentation, followed by the machine information and the reason for replacement.

An integrated slip ring and rotary union requires both an electrical specification and a media-transfer specification. Connect them through a common assembly drawing showing ports and cable positions. Standard, Through-Bore and Integrated Solutions identify product directions.

The final list of components follows the chosen variant and the required functions of your machine, including the separate duties of every electrical circuit and media passage.

A complete union or a service kit

State whether you need a complete union, a seal kit or an individual replacement component. Deublin offers genuine service kits, including kits for many 57 series unions. A kit enquiry should include the complete union marking and the kit designation from the documentation or an earlier order.

If a specialist has already dismantled the assembly, attach photographs and the proposed replacement parts list. Describe the issue and operating cycle to support clarification of the supply scope. A repair enquiry can be listed separately from a purchase of components.

Inspection, repair work and delivery of replacement parts have distinct outcomes and should each be described in the request.

Prepare an enquiry and a project supply list

Send the brand, complete part number, quantity, component duty and destination in one enquiry. Attach photographs, drawings or relevant specification pages. For a new project, include the technical brief and mandatory operating requirements.

Your required delivery date can be stated as a project constraint for discussion.

When several machines are involved, identify the machine associated with each line. State documentation, assembly contents and packaging requirements. The product card opens the form with its selected context, and you can add your own description.

After technical clarification, the proposed supply list and commercial terms are agreed for the destination and project. Components, service kits and system equipment should remain separate lines in that list.

Availability, price, lead time, documents and compatibility are checked for each enquiry. This page does not confirm authorized dealership or common ratings for every variant; the offer follows the complete designation and agreed technical specification.
