  • Rotating LiDAR and millimetre-wave radar support obstacle sensing.
  • O4 Enterprise Enhanced is the named video transmission system.
  • List the aircraft, payload and accessories as separate requirements.
  • Send the aircraft identification and assembly label for parts sourcing.

DJI Matrice 350 RTK

A modular aircraft for an established industrial fleet. State the exact aircraft and accessory identification when ordering batteries, charging equipment or an assembly; the family name alone does not identify the required item.

  • The manufacturer lists an IP55 protection rating.
  • DJI RC Plus is the specified controller.
  • The platform supports multiple payload configurations.
  • Include the current equipment list and aircraft generation in the enquiry.

DJI Matrice 4E

The compact Matrice 4 model aimed at geospatial work, construction and mapping. Specify the survey output, the existing ground equipment and your data-processing workflow so that the proposed package addresses the actual project.

  • Matrice 4E belongs to the enterprise Matrice 4 family.
  • The manufacturer identifies surveying and mapping applications.
  • The series includes a laser range finder.
  • Identify the 4E variant and the exact assembly when requesting parts.

DJI Matrice 4T

The Matrice 4 variant for inspection and observation work, including electricity and forestry applications. Separate a complete aircraft enquiry from a request for a camera assembly, power item or accessory for equipment already in use.

  • Use the complete designation Matrice 4T.
  • 4E and 4T serve different purposes within the same family.
  • The series provides detection functions and laser ranging.
  • Describe the required observation mode and the working environment.

DJI Matrice 30 Series

An enterprise family for field inspection and observation. A parts enquiry benefits from the precise variant, aircraft identification and a photograph of the affected area, which help distinguish a small component from an entire assembly.

  • DJI identifies Matrice 30 as a separate enterprise series.
  • Official specifications and downloadable documents are available.
  • Give the exact variant of the aircraft already in operation.
  • List power equipment, controller and accessories separately.

DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise

A compact enterprise family for mapping and inspection. Mavic 3E and the thermal variant address different tasks; identify the particular aircraft, installed module and expected survey or inspection output when requesting a system or component.

  • Mavic 3E has a mechanical shutter.
  • A thermal version is offered within the enterprise series.
  • An RTK module adds positioning capability.
  • Distinguish Mavic 3 Enterprise from Mavic 3 Pro in every parts enquiry.

Zenmuse H30 and H30T

Multi-sensor payloads for inspection and observation. Specify the full payload designation, aircraft platform and the task: visual inspection, distance measurement or thermal assessment. A payload enquiry and an accessory enquiry need different scopes.

  • The family combines wide-angle and zoom cameras.
  • Laser ranging and near-infrared auxiliary lighting are included.
  • The infrared thermal camera belongs to the H30T variant.
  • Distinguish a complete payload from a particular mounting or accessory item.

Zenmuse L2

A LiDAR payload for geospatial acquisition. A complete proposal should address the flight platform, processing software and the required output. An accessory request should identify the installed product and include a photograph of the mounting arrangement.

  • L2 combines LiDAR, an inertial system and an RGB camera.
  • DJI describes data processing with DJI Terra.
  • The intended workflow includes three-dimensional geospatial acquisition.
  • Specify a payload, accessory or complete aircraft-and-payload package.

Zenmuse P1

A camera payload for photogrammetry on a stabilised gimbal. Specify the fitted lens, flight platform and imaging task, then state whether the enquiry concerns the camera, an optical accessory or another item in the existing package.

  • DJI lists a 45 MP full-frame sensor.
  • The design uses interchangeable fixed-focus lenses.
  • The camera is mounted on a three-axis stabilised gimbal.
  • P1 is intended for photogrammetric flight missions.

DJI Dock 3

A docking solution for remote operation of Matrice 4D and 4TD aircraft. Describe the deployment site, communications, power and management workflow for a package enquiry; identify the installed equipment when requesting a station component.

  • Dock 3 is paired with the Matrice 4D family.
  • DJI describes remote operation using FlightHub 2.
  • Vehicle-mounted deployment is an identified use case.
  • Separate the dock, aircraft and site equipment in the specification.

DJI AGRAS T40

An agricultural aircraft for spraying and spreading. Identify the working system and material when sourcing a service component; for an aircraft package, describe the field operation, area and the planned ground support arrangement.

  • T40 supports spraying and spreading operations.
  • DJI describes a dual atomised spraying system.
  • The design includes radar and binocular vision.
  • Specify the aircraft, application system or accessory required for the job.

DJI FlyCart 30

A cargo aircraft supporting container and winch operation. State the load dimensions, mass, route and handover method for equipment sourcing; for a replacement assembly, identify the current aircraft and the fitted cargo system.

  • FlyCart 30 belongs to the DJI delivery product family.
  • DJI specifies Cargo mode and Winch mode.
  • Container and winch arrangements require different equipment scopes.
  • Include the cargo description and the intended operating method.

Mavic 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro

Camera drones for imaging, with enquiries also accepted for equipment and replacement items. Identify the generation and full version because a similar Mavic name does not establish the camera, power, controller or propeller configuration.

  • Mavic 3 Pro uses a three-camera imaging system.
  • Mini 4 Pro belongs to a separate compact camera-drone family.
  • Keep camera models distinct from Mavic 3 Enterprise.
  • Attach the aircraft identification and the required accessory designation.

Propellers and airframe items

Start a propeller or airframe enquiry with the aircraft model and the visible marking. If identification is missing, provide an overall photograph and a close view of the mounting so the required item can be located in the documentation.

  • Describe the position: arm, support, cover or mounting point.
  • Record the propeller marking and rotation direction when identified.
  • Distinguish a single component from a complete assembly.
  • Give quantities for every item, including fasteners and accessories.

Batteries and charging equipment

Identify the battery, aircraft and charging equipment together. For an existing fleet, photographs of both battery and station help define the requirement. List each power-system item separately rather than using a general request for a DJI battery.

  • Provide the code printed on the installed battery.
  • Identify the charging station or power supply in operation.
  • State whether one battery, a set or a station package is required.
  • Describe the fleet size and the planned charging arrangement.

Controllers, RTK and accessories

Consider control, positioning and software alongside the particular aircraft. Identify the accessory and current configuration for a replacement request. For a new system, explain how position data will be obtained and how the mission data will be processed.

  • Record the controller and aircraft models in the same enquiry.
  • An RTK module, station and software access are separate package items.
  • Provide the connector or mounting identification for an accessory.
  • Describe existing equipment and the addition required for the workflow.

Start with the operating task

Describe the result your team needs: images, a map, a point cloud, thermal inspection, spraying, spreading or cargo movement. Name the aircraft family if it has already been chosen. For mapping, explain the planned processing workflow and the deliverable rather than specifying only the drone.

Identify the aircraft and generation

Copy the entire designation from the aircraft label, including Enterprise, RTK, Pro and the letter variant. Photograph the aircraft, controller and the item being replaced.

Similar family names can refer to different equipment, so a complete designation provides a better starting point than a short DJI name.

Build a complete equipment list

List the aircraft, mission payload, controller, batteries, charging equipment and ground accessories as separate positions. Describe the intended package and mark items that are already in operation. This makes a quotation easier to compare against an existing fleet or a new project specification.

Choose the mission payload

State the full payload designation and the aircraft platform. Describe whether the work needs visual images, thermal observations, photogrammetry or LiDAR acquisition.

For P1, identify the lens in the intended package; for L2, include the processing workflow; for H30 or H30T, specify the inspection task.

Power and ground support

Provide battery and charger labels alongside the aircraft model. State whether the requirement concerns one replacement item, a set for an aircraft or charging equipment for a fleet. Describe the number of aircraft and how charging will be organised between tasks.

Agricultural and cargo packages

For AGRAS, distinguish spraying from spreading and describe the working material, aircraft and application system. A request for a service component should include its identification and mounting photograph. A new aircraft enquiry should describe the field operation and the intended ground support.

Replacement parts enquiry

Provide the aircraft model, visible component marking, quantity and an installation photograph. Explain whether you need an individual part, an assembly or accessories supplied together. If the identifier is unknown, attach a manual page or detailed photographs and leave the number unspecified.

Prepare the sourcing specification

Attach the equipment list, photographs and your delivery destination. Mark the items already owned and those required for the project.

Availability, price, lead time, compatibility, software access and documents are checked for the particular configuration. This page does not establish official DJI dealership, certified repair status or universal interchangeability between generations.
