GX+ linear motor machines
The GX+ family includes GX430L+ and GX640L+. Separate the XY drive, UVZ servo assemblies, automatic wire threading and water cooling in your request. The complete machine index and component identification help define an equipment or spare-parts enquiry.

- GX640L+ maximum workpiece weight: 600 kg.
- Linear motors on XY; servo drives on UVZ.

CM434C die-sinking EDM
CM434C uses an electrode for die-sinking operations. Define the mechanical machine, power supply and dielectric tank separately in a spare-parts request. Send the unit designation for an electrical assembly, or mounting dimensions and photographs for a mechanical component.

- Workpiece up to 750 kg; electrode up to 100 kg.
- D434 dielectric unit: 390 L, paper filtration.
- The machine lists XYZ ballscrews and linear guideways.
H32C EDM drilling
For H32C, specify the tubular electrode diameter and length together with the guide position. Keep electrode tooling separate from the feed assembly in a parts list. A machine enquiry also needs the hole pattern, workpiece material, thickness and fixture.
- XY travel: 350×250 mm; workpiece up to 180 kg.
- Electrodes: 0.2–3.0 mm; length up to 400 mm.
- Water is the specified working fluid.
- Guides, brass electrodes and a filter are listed.
AD5L small-hole drilling
AD5L belongs to the AMStech drilling range. An electrode request needs its diameter, length and the required hole geometry. For an exchange system, describe the installed configuration. For a complete machine, send the drawing and the intended sequence of operations.
- XY travel: 500×300 mm; workpiece up to 1000 kg.
- Electrode diameter: 0.2–3.0 mm.
- Electrode length up to 400 mm; water processing.
- A 10- or 20-position electrode exchanger is optional.
Filters and ion-exchange resin
Wire-EDM water treatment and a die-sinker dielectric circuit need different identification details. Send the filter, connection and tank designation, together with the machine consumables list. Specify resin and filter elements as separate order lines.
- G32S lists paper filters and ion-exchange resin.
- RQ6040L lists filters and resin among its equipment.
- CM434C uses paper filtration in the D434 unit.
- Provide dimensions, connection, quantity and photographs.
Wire guides and flushing nozzles
A guide or nozzle enquiry needs the upper or lower head position, wire specification and mounting details. Photograph the removed part and its seat from several sides. List individual pieces when requesting a complete head consumables set.
- G32S lists diamond guides and upper/lower flushing nozzles.
- RQ6040L lists guides, nozzles and a guide-removal jig.
- Identify wire diameter separately from the guide bore.
- Specify installation side and the complete machine model.
Current contacts and head cables
For a current contact or head cable, send its marking, length, mounting dimensions and both end connections. Distinguish the contact element, cable and complete assembly. Use separate lines for upper- and lower-head components.
- G32S and RQ6040L list energizing contacts.
- Identify the upper or lower head explicitly.
- For a cable: length, terminals and connector arrangement.
- For a set: individual components and quantities.
Water circuits and cooling
Identify flushing equipment, the tank and the chiller by their own labels. Include connections and a circuit drawing from the machine documentation. For a fault-related enquiry, describe the observed symptom and the on-screen message rather than only the assumed failed component.
- G32S lists a water chiller.
- GX+ lists an inverter-type water chiller.
- CM434C has a separate D434 dielectric unit.
- Specify an assembly or an individual circuit component.
Controls and electrical assemblies
CHMER develops controllers, linear motors and automatic threading systems in house. An electrical assembly enquiry needs the board or unit designation, control version and connection photographs. Describe whether you need a component or help defining a machine restoration scope.
- GLX643 uses GenOS control.
- RQ combines UX1 motors, AWT and the i8+ supply.
- For a board: complete code, revision and connectors.
- For a fault: message and conditions when it appears.
HM6050L high-speed milling
HM6050L is a milling machine in the CHMER range. A spindle enquiry needs the spindle label, tooling interface and connections. An equipment request should describe the material, operation and part drawing, distinguishing a milling requirement from an EDM process.
- XYZ: 500×620×300 mm; table load up to 300 kg.
- Spindle: 8000–30000 rpm; HSK E40.
- Linear motors on XYZ.
- Temperature control and a graphite-cutting unit are listed.
PL6880 laser processing
PL6880 is a laser machine, separate from the EDM ranges. State material, thickness and contour for an equipment enquiry. A component request needs the machine and component markings, installation photographs and the operation being performed.
- XYZ: 680×800×120 mm.
- Maximum workpiece weight: 120 kg.
- The model table lists thickness: 0.05–2.0 mm.
- Provide material and part geometry for selection.
Identify the installed machine and assembly
Begin with the machine nameplate: full model, serial number and year. Photograph the component marking and the position where it is installed. A guide, power contact, cable or cooling assembly needs its own identification as well as the machine model.
Provide a mounting sketch or the relevant assembly-drawing page when a marking is incomplete. Show threads, seats and connections in separate photographs. If the former packaging is available, include its code alongside the marking on the component itself.
For several machines, assign every enquiry line to its installation. State whether you need a complete assembly or individual elements. A clear parts list makes it possible to discuss the order scope and quantities without losing the relationship to the original equipment.
Choose the process before the model
A wire EDM enquiry describes a contour and the workpiece fixture. A die-sinking enquiry describes the cavity and electrode. A drilling enquiry describes the hole pattern, diameter and depth. Keep these process requirements distinct when preparing an equipment specification.
Send the workpiece material, overall dimensions, mass and drawing. Include the fixture envelope rather than only the finished-part dimensions. Axis travel, maximum workpiece envelope and load capacity are separate entries in the model tables and should be compared separately.
Describe the planned sequence of operations and the acceptance requirements. For an existing machine, identify the assembly to be replaced. For a new machine, list the required tooling and auxiliaries so that the proposal can address the installation as a defined equipment package.
Prepare a drilling or die-sinking specification
For small-hole drilling, supply hole geometry, electrode diameter and length, workpiece material and the guide arrangement. Describe the current exchange system if that assembly is involved. For a machine purchase, include the hole pattern and the intended fixture.
For die sinking, provide the cavity drawing and electrode information, then identify the required mechanical machine, power supply and dielectric equipment. For a spare electrical unit, use its own designation and connection data. For mechanical items, add dimensions and installation photographs.
Separate standard equipment from additional functions required by the project. An optional electrode exchanger or tooling system belongs in its own specification line. Define the expected order scope before comparing machines, so the quotation can address the same process and package requirements.
Describe cooling, filtration and head cables
A water circuit request needs the filter connection, tank designation and chiller label. State resin and filter elements separately. A die-sinker dielectric unit is identified as its own assembly rather than by a general reference to the water system of a wire machine.
For a head cable, supply length, both terminals, fastening points and its upper or lower position. Photograph connections at the head and at the machine unit. If a set is needed, list the cable and related contact or mounting elements individually.
For a fault-related enquiry, add the displayed message and your observed symptoms. Existing maintenance records and a circuit drawing can help define the supply scope. State whether the request concerns an individual component, a complete assembly or a package for planned maintenance.
CHMER and Ching Hung
CHMER is the Ching Hung brand, based in Taichung, Taiwan, and founded in 1975. Its range covers wire, die-sinking and drilling EDM, milling and laser machines. The company develops its own controllers, linear motors and automatic wire threading.
Availability, price, lead time and documents are confirmed for the enquiry. Official dealership and compatibility without checking the execution are not claimed. Equipment scope, options and accessories are agreed for the specified project.
