Choose the conversion and operating sequence
Begin with the direction of energy conversion. An inverter provides AC power from a battery system. A power supply provides DC power for a load from an external source. A charger enquiry starts with the battery and the way it is charged in service.
Describe what the installation does when external AC is available and what should happen after it fails. List load supply, battery charging and control signals separately. This gives the equipment enquiry a clear operating sequence and helps specify the complete configuration.
For a replacement, retain the complete existing model code and provide the nameplate. Add the installation application, such as a test bench, control cabinet or backup system. For a new project, provide a load list with continuous and intermittent operating requirements.
COTEK is a Taiwanese power electronics manufacturer established in 1986. The selection should connect a product family to its role in the installation. Keep the main equipment and the accessories required for that role together in the engineering specification.
Identify the complete ordering version
Provide a legible nameplate photograph showing the full model and serial number. Include every suffix in the code and state whether the enquiry repeats an earlier configuration or replaces one item. The item might be an inverter, remote panel, interface kit or rack module.
Photograph the terminals, AC output connection and control ports. A wider view shows mounting space, cable access and the position of the device in the installation. Where the device belongs to a larger machine, include the relevant page of its electrical diagram.
For several installations, prepare a list by mounting location with the model, quantity and purpose. Put different ordering versions on separate lines. Label photographs with the same position references so that the equipment list can be checked against the installed arrangement.
If the nameplate is damaged, provide the available dimensions, connection layout and earlier documentation. Explain which information comes from an earlier order and which comes from the current installation. That distinction helps engineering establish the required replacement specification.
Define the battery system and load
State the nominal battery system voltage and the required AC or DC output. List the connected equipment, its operating power and the starting requirements from its documentation. For a motor or other variable load, include its characteristics and the intended starting sequence.
Describe whether the supply operates continuously, intermittently or as backup after loss of external power. For a transfer arrangement, state the interruption that the consumers can tolerate. Consider those requirements alongside the exact model code when comparing the proposed equipment.
For parallel installations, send the full module list and the interconnection diagram. State whether the task replaces one unit or expands the entire system. Identify the shelf, transfer equipment, remote panel and cables that form part of the existing configuration.
Record the battery type, nominal voltage, capacity and model as a separate line. If the battery has its own management system, include its charging and connection requirements. The engineer responsible for the installation should supply the electrical requirements used for the enquiry.
Control interfaces and remote accessories
Where equipment communicates with a controller, identify the interface and the control method in use. For an AD supply, record the installed communication card. For a repeat enquiry, send photographs of the card, cable and connector with the version of the equipment documentation.
List the remote panel, communication accessory and main power device as separate order positions. State whether the existing cable and panel mounting location should be retained. When replacing a remote control, include its own code and the model that it controls.
For a new supply, describe the adjustable parameters and signals needed by the process: enable, status monitoring or an external operating command. A short control system description helps define the configuration. For a replacement, list the functions actually used by the installation.
Capture settings and connections with the mechanical version in the enquiry. For multiple sites, use one position table and photographs of each control connection. The resulting equipment and accessory list should reflect the operating arrangement that the engineer intends to keep.
Parts enquiries and replacement planning
For a spare part, identify the parent COTEK device, the part code and its position in the diagram. A fan, control panel or cable enquiry should include the marking on that item. For a rack power module, photograph the module and the shelf separately.
Describe observed fault indications, the operating load and when the symptom appears. Include the panel message or a log exported through the normal equipment interface. This information distinguishes an order against an established parts list from a replacement equipment selection.
If a service specialist has already identified the required part, send the list with its code and quantity. For a complete device replacement, identify the accessories that stay in the installation. An electrical diagram connects the individual purchase position to the working system.
For equipment from an earlier production period, provide the earlier manual and available board markings. Separate the main equipment and service items in the list. The enterprise engineer determines how the selected replacement will be checked and introduced into the installation.
Mounting, delivery and equipment composition
Send the available space dimensions and photographs of the mounting position. Describe cable routing, connection direction and the surroundings. For a rack installation, identify the shelf, available slots and the redundancy requirement already defined for the project.
Build the supply list around distinct items: main unit, remote panel, interface accessory, cable and replacement module. Give the quantity and installation reference for each line. Use the same identifiers in the photographs and the order table when several cabinets are involved.
For a new project, attach the connection diagram and engineering requirements. For a repeat purchase, include the previously agreed configuration and clearly mark changes. At receiving, the nameplate, ordering version and supplied accessories can be compared with that agreed list.
Specify the receiving location and the accompanying documents required by purchasing. For several destinations within the enterprise, allocate items by delivery point. An agreed position table keeps the technical configuration and the delivery composition together during order preparation.
Availability, price, lead time and documents are confirmed for the enquiry. Official dealer status, universal parts compatibility, specific warranty terms and repair availability are not established in advance.
