- For a fan or sensor, provide labels and mounting dimensions.
- Select manuals and firmware for the exact model in the download centre.
Belts, motors and motion components
Identify the axis and installation position for a mechanical part. Supplement an overall printer view with close photographs and measurements. A belt, pulley, motor and guide are separate procurement items, each with its own description, quantity and reference photograph.
- For a belt, provide markings, width and open or closed-loop construction.
- For a pulley, show dimensions and its connection to the shaft.
- Match a motor by label, mountings, shaft and electrical connector.
- Show the guide type and its position in the printer mechanism.
Build plates and print surfaces
Distinguish a replacement print surface from a complete bed assembly. Measure the installed plate and photograph its coating, outline and locating features.
The printer build volume describes the available printing space; determine replacement component dimensions separately from the fitted part and documentation.
- Specify the plate, surface or complete bed as a separate item.
- Include photographs of the top and underside of the fitted part.
- Show cut-outs, mounting locations and the plate retention method.
- For an electrically equipped bed assembly, provide labels and connections.
HALOT-MAGE S: LCD, vat and release film
HALOT-MAGE S uses resin MSLA printing. For maintenance, distinguish the exposure LCD, control touchscreen, resin vat and release film. When selecting a printer, describe the intended part, resin and required working equipment, including the accessories to be supplied.
- 14K monochrome LCD and a 223×126×230 mm build volume.
- The official specification lists resin cured at 405 nm.
- The manufacturer distinguishes Pictor high-speed film from conventional FEP.
- For replacement items, send screen markings, vat dimensions and exact model.
CFS filament handling and service components
Start a CFS or service component enquiry with the base printer and fitted system version. Specify a complete accessory, buffer, tube, cable or maintenance item. Connection photographs and the filament path help define the equipment and replacement parts required together.
- The official CFS page lists the K2 series and Creality Hi.
- The manufacturer shows a separate CFS upgrade kit for the K1 family.
- For K1C, provide details of the upgrade kit already fitted.
- List the handling system, accessories and filament separately.
Space Pi filament dryers
Space Pi and SpacePi X4 are filament dryers. Specify the material, spool requirements and feeding arrangement when selecting equipment. For a maintenance enquiry, provide the complete dryer designation and photographs of the required assembly, housing, labels and electrical connections.

Choosing filament or resin printing
Begin a filament printer enquiry with the material and part dimensions. Describe a model, prototype or production fixture, and state the number of parts in each batch.
For resin printing, describe the surface finish and small features that matter. Include the accessories and post-print operations needed to make the requested working package complete.
Equipment packages and maintenance lists
A complete printer, printhead and individual nozzle should be separate enquiry lines. Identify the model, designation, quantity and reference photograph for each requested procurement item.
List the accessories required with new equipment: filament systems, dryers and replacement elements. Distinguish items needed for initial operation from components intended for the maintenance reserve.
Filament preparation and CFS configuration
Specify the material, spool storage, number of operating printers and feeding arrangement. For multicolour work, describe the required printer configuration together with the intended CFS system.
A dryer and a filament handling system perform different functions. Separate material preparation, switching and transport in the enquiry, and identify the connections between devices and printhead.
Model identity and documentation
Supplement the name on the housing with the serial label and component markings. A board or display enquiry also needs the component's hardware revision and current firmware version.
Attach the relevant manual page, assembly drawing or retained parts list. Link each documented designation to its photograph and required quantity so that several similar components remain distinguishable.
Installation, delivery and acceptance
Describe the installation position, available working space and equipment connections. For laser processing, add the planned workplace arrangement and extraction system, together with the material and operating task.
Include the destination city or port, technical contact and document requirements. For a mixed order, identify the intended use of each printer, accessory and replacement component in the item list.
Stock, price and lead time, authorised dealer status, parts compatibility, certification and a scanner's suitability for the specified measurement task are checked for the chosen configuration and recorded in the proposal.
