Kiande busduct manufacturing equipment

Select Kiande machines and lines for conductor processing, busduct assembly, testing and wrapping. Send your product drawings, size range and production requirements for a configuration enquiry.

Kiande equipment and accessories

Choose the operation and describe your product. Manufacturing machinery and components fitted to the busduct require different selection information.

Busduct assembly lines

Kiande offers automatic, semi-automatic and manual busduct assembly lines. The KD-ZDX/NC-2(4)D-6(4.5) automatic line secures the housing, with the configuration selected for the busduct design. Send a section drawing and the required sequence of assembly operations.

KD-JCX test lines

The KD-JCX/NC-E/H-6 line tests dielectric withstand, insulation and grounding of straight busduct sections. Feed positioning, testing and discharge form separate stations. Specify the product geometry, electrical test programme and the required report format when requesting equipment or fixtures.

Copper and aluminium conductor processing

The KD-DTYTJ-C/A-4.5(6) automatic conductor processing centre performs end forming and contact-end operations on copper and aluminium busbars. The published conductor range is 1200–6000 mm long, 140–300 mm wide and 2–6 mm thick. Provide drawings of the blank and finished conductor.

Joint conductor processing machines

Kiande joint conductor machines process the plates used in busduct connectors. Depending on the plate design, the sequence can include punching, flanging, countersinking and cutting. The touchscreen accepts production quantities, hole spacing and raw material length.

Supply the connector drawing with the enquiry.

KD-XCYTJ profile machining centres

The KD-XCYTJ-C/A-4.5(6) centre processes aluminium busduct housing profiles. Its listed operations include cutting, vertical and horizontal punching, and horizontal drilling. Send the section drawing, wall thickness, hole pattern and finished length to define tooling and handling requirements.

KD-MJQ-2 riveting equipment

The KD-MJQ-2 riveting device is used to assemble busduct housings. The tooling configuration depends on housing material and the sheet joint. Kiande also lists rivet removal equipment for disassembly. Distinguish the riveting tool, hydraulic unit and individual replacement tooling in your request.

Film forming and end insulation

The CNC polyester film forming machine prepares insulation for compact busducts through unwinding, preforming, heating, shaping and cutting. A separate automatic machine wraps insulating tape around both ends of a conductor.

State which insulation operation is required and attach the material specification.

Kiande busduct accessories

Kiande lists busduct joints, tap-off boxes, insulating separators, polyester film, contact components, aluminium castings and torque fasteners. These belong to the busduct assembly itself.

Identify the part with a drawing, photograph or existing designation, and specify the required quantity and electrical system.

Automatic busduct wrapping

The automatic wrapping machine feeds and wraps straight busduct sections with film, then cuts the film. It can be combined with a stacking system. Define the section envelope, wrapping material and downstream handling; shaped sections require a separately selected packaging arrangement.

Switchgear assembly lines

Kiande offers medium-voltage and low-voltage switchgear assembly lines with workstations and inter-station transport. Layout follows the sequence of enclosure assembly, component installation and final inspection. Provide the cabinet range, process map and workshop plan to define the scope.

Information for equipment selection

Send drawings, size ranges, raw material, shift output and a workshop plan. State the required automation, scope of supply and documentation.

Spare parts and production tooling

For installed machinery, provide the model, serial number, drawing position and photographs. For busduct accessories, supply the joint construction and product specification.

Define the production task before choosing equipment

Kiande is the brand of Suzhou Kiande Electric, a manufacturer serving electrical equipment production. Its range covers busduct manufacturing, conductor and housing processing, and switchgear assembly.

Start by distinguishing a new production machine, a replacement part for an installed machine, and an accessory fitted to the busduct itself. A connector plate and the punch used to produce it need different specifications. For a new machine, describe the finished product and required process.

For a replacement component, identify the installed equipment and the part. If you do not know the component name, provide an overall photograph and mark its position.

Prepare the busduct drawings and product range

Provide a cross-section drawing, straight-section lengths and a list of shaped sections. Show the arrangement of conductors and the housing construction, including the joint and fastening method. State conductor material, width and thickness, and include the relevant drawing revisions.

For several product families, use a table of minimum and maximum sizes instead of a single typical example. Identify the main production series and less frequent variants. Explain which operations you want to automate and which will remain manual.

These inputs help define handling, tooling changes and the relationship between conductor preparation, assembly, testing and wrapping within the proposed production route.

Specify output in a meaningful production unit

State the required output in sections per shift or metres of product per period, together with the section lengths. Include shift duration, number of shifts, batch sizes and changeover frequency.

For an existing factory, identify the operation that currently limits output and provide its measured cycle time. Loading, tooling changes, marking and unloading also influence the useful production rate.

If different product sizes require different cycles, send a small table rather than one average value. The purpose is to compare machine configurations against your actual production mix. A nominal machine cycle alone does not describe the capacity of an entire workshop.

Conductor processing and tooling specification

For copper or aluminium conductor processing, provide both the starting blank and finished-part drawings. Mark hole positions, contact-end geometry, offsets and the dimensions that matter for assembly. State material grade and condition where known.

For replacement punches, dies or clamps, include the machine serial number, tool designation and mounting dimensions. Identify whether you need one component or a matching set. If the product design has changed, attach the previous and current drawing revisions and highlight the differences.

This separates a repeat tooling order from a request for a new working profile. Include the required quantity for each individual tool.

Busduct testing and traceable results

Send the test programme for your product and a drawing of the test contact arrangement. Distinguish straight sections from bends, branches and special shapes. Define the required checks, acceptance criteria and product identification method using your approved documentation.

If you need an electronic report, provide a sample showing the fields and the intended storage process. Explain whether results should remain at the workstation or be passed to another system. For replacement test fixtures, show the contact surface, mounting and connection points.

The fixture enquiry should reference the installed line and the product range it must accommodate, rather than only a general busduct current rating.

Film forming, end wrapping and final packaging

Separate insulation processing from transport packaging in your enquiry. Polyester film forming prepares an insulating profile for the conductor; end wrapping applies insulating tape at the conductor ends; the final wrapping machine packages the assembled busduct.

For insulation materials, supply thickness, width, material specification and required finished shape. For the packaging stage, specify the overall product envelope and downstream handling. If replacing a forming or cutting component, include its marking, mounting drawing and workstation location.

Distinguish consumable film or tape from the machine components that feed, form or cut it, and give quantities for each requested item.

Layout, utilities and information exchange

Provide a workshop plan showing material entry, finished-product exit, service access and neighbouring machines. State the available electrical supply, compressed air and any installation constraints. Explain whether the machine will operate independently or as part of an interconnected line.

If production data must be exchanged, identify the existing system and the required information: work orders, barcodes, operation results or test reports. List interface language and documentation requirements in the same technical brief.

Define which handling devices, fixtures and peripheral stations should be included. A clear boundary of supply makes proposals easier to compare and helps expose integration questions before equipment is ordered.

Replacement parts for installed Kiande equipment

Photograph the complete nameplate, the machine as a whole and the affected workstation. Record the model and serial number exactly, preserving suffixes and punctuation. Then identify the requested part by its own marking or position in the assembly drawing.

For a drive or sensor, include the connector and cable marking; for a mechanical part, show its mounting and mating surfaces. Note any modifications made after the machine entered service. If several lines are being maintained, assign each spare-part row to a specific machine.

Similar operations on different machines may use different component configurations, so keep identification evidence attached to the relevant row.

Prepare one enquiry with a clear item list

Use a table containing equipment identification, part or process description, designation, quantity and the names of supporting files. Separate complete machines, tooling, busduct accessories and consumables.

Internal stock codes can be included, but label them clearly and add the original designation where available. For a new line, attach the product drawings and production requirements as a separate technical brief.

Before confirming the final specification, check units, quantities and drawing revisions. At receipt, compare labels and completeness against the agreed item list and retain the documents for future maintenance.

For large equipment, include unloading and internal handling requirements in the enquiry.

Send your technical specification

SpareX organises selection and supply quotations. Availability, compatibility, price, lead time and documents are confirmed for the specific configuration. We do not claim authorised Kiande dealer status.
