G, H and L: large format and thick plate cutting
The G, H and L series target large formats and thick plate. G3000–G5000 cut up to 110 mm at up to 60 kW, the H series offers an ultra-large format with an independent worktable, and L3000 provides a 12,500×3,200 mm table at 0.8G acceleration.
Positioning accuracy of G and H — ±0.1 mm/m; L3000-12…L3000-26 — 80 m/min
Dream: magnetic levitation linear drive
Dream is the flagship series: a magnetic levitation linear motor, gantry dual-drive module, micron-level grating scale and a mineral casting bed. Maximum linkage speed is 200 m/min, acceleration 4G, and cutting accuracy reaches 0.05 mm with the pneumatic fixture.
Magnesium-aluminium beam: 21% more strength, 30% less weight; two iF Design Awards
Tube cutting machines: K, M, M5, Q0 and T series
Five tube cutting series. Workpiece diameter from 6 to 510 mm, length up to 12,500 mm, pneumatic chucks with a 2-second clamp, and a minimum remainder of 45–55 mm on the entry-level series.
K1: Ø6–120 mm, 150 rpm; Q0 Pro: Ø10–60 mm, 180 rpm; T2 and T3: up to 175 rpm
M5: four-chuck cutting with zero remainder
M5 is the flagship four-chuck tube machine. The manufacturer lists 6,000 or 12,000 W laser power, round tube Ø80–510 mm, square tube □60×60–□530×530 mm, length up to 12,000 mm, weight up to 2,500 kg and positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm/m.
The AT and CT series combine sheet and tube cutting in one machine. AT handles sheet up to 6,100×2,500 mm and tube Ø20–230 mm at 100 m/min, while CT comes with a protective enclosure and 1.0G acceleration.
iLoader Neo and iLoader loaders, the iTower storage tower, iTrans and iTransTower sheet feeding systems, and K-Loader, K-Trans, M-Loader, M-Trans, T-Loader and T-Trans units for the tube series.

Bodor Rocut: steel coil production line
Rocut is a steel coil processing line in R1250 and R1500 versions: six uncoiling stations, speed up to 90 m/min, 1G acceleration, a workpieces receiving platform and laser head collision avoidance.
R1250: strip 3,048×1,250 mm; R1500: strip 3,048×1,524 mm
BodorWelder handheld laser welding machines
Three models: Pro 1500, Air 1200 and Air 600. Self-cooling without an external chiller, continuous light output, and welding and cutting nozzle sets. Air 1200 delivers 4 mm penetration at 1,200 W.
Pro 1500: 24/7 continuous operation; Air 600: 530×380×530 mm body
U10 Pro: profiles and notches in one step
U10 Pro cuts profiles and forms corner notches in a single step: the laser head keeps a set distance above the workpiece, so manual re-polishing is not required. Bevel cutting is also available.
Claimed productivity gain — twofold; for H-beams and profiled workpieces
Applications by industry
The manufacturer names pipelines for oil and gas, aerospace, industrial architecture and elevators among its applications. Handheld laser welders are positioned for metal fabrication and repair shops.
Material, thickness, tube diameter and required throughput drive the selection
Materials and cutting thickness
The manufacturer lists cutting thickness by material and laser power. For the base A-series size this is 0.8–30 mm in carbon steel, 0.8–25 mm in stainless steel, 0.8–14 mm in copper and 0.8–25 mm in aluminium; larger sizes and higher power cut thicker material.
A12 and A14: steel up to 110 mm, stainless up to 120 mm, copper up to 40 mm
Three core components: laser head, laser source, operating system
The manufacturer names three self-developed core components: the laser head, the BodorPower laser source and the BodorThinker operating system. A five-year warranty is declared for them, which the manufacturer calls an industry first.
Replacement parts for these components are selected by machine model and designation
Replaceable parts and consumables
Replaceable parts include cutting and welding nozzles, protective lenses, ceramic rings, pneumatic chucks, jaws and collets, following sensors, and loading and unloading units. The manufacturer does not publish an article-number catalogue, so selection is done by machine model, power and unit designation.
Selection requires the machine model, laser source power and a photo of the unit or nameplate
Control and digital service
The BodorThinker system handles machine control, automatic cutting parameter matching and collision avoidance. Bodor+ is an industrial IoT platform for laser processing, and the online service provides the user manual and a reference machine file.
Pendants and control boards are selected by machine model and year
Manufacturer service: 18 spare part warehouses
The manufacturer declares 24/7 remote support, a 30-minute response time, 18 spare part warehouses worldwide, dedicated local after-sales teams and training for service personnel.
Lead times, prices and warranty terms are confirmed for a specific delivery
State the material and sheet thickness, the tube diameter and length or profile dimensions, the required speed and accuracy, the working area, the laser source power and the operating mode. For automation, the sheet weight, stack height and available floor space matter.
Replaceable parts and what is not disclosed
The main replaceable parts are nozzles, protective lenses and ceramic rings for the laser head, pneumatic chucks with jaws and collets, following sensors, loading and unloading units, and the BodorThinker pendant and boards. The manufacturer does not disclose dimensions or article numbers, so we select by machine model, power and a photo of the unit.
Send the material and the cutting task
State what is required: a machine matched to the part, a replacement for a worn unit, laser head consumables, an automation unit or a welding machine. Add the material, thickness or diameter, the destination city and the target date. We will state what the manufacturer's documentation confirms and what needs separate checking.
