Zemic load cells convert mechanical load into an electrical signal for weighing indicators and controllers. SpareX accepts supply enquiries by complete model designation and technical requirements.

Product families. H3 nickel-plated alloy steel S-type load cells cover 25 kg–30 t in the official catalogue. H8C shear beam models cover 100 kg–10 t. HM9B is a nickel-plated alloy steel dual shear beam family listed with IP68 protection. L6D aluminium single-point models cover 3–50 kg, while L6E covers 50–300 kg. These are family ranges; individual versions must be checked separately.

Replacement checks. Compare mounting dimensions, load direction, rated capacity, output in mV/V, excitation requirements and cable wiring. L6D15, L6D8 and L6E3 are distinct versions and must not be treated as interchangeable solely by their name. Check the indicator and junction box when multiple cells operate together.

Environment and commissioning. Confirm overload limits, temperature and protection for the exact model. Approvals and accuracy classes apply to specified variants, not every Zemic product. After replacement, follow the weighing-system procedure for zero adjustment and calibration.
