DH-Series water-injected oil-free compressors
CompAir DH-Series units (DH15–DH110, 15–110 kW) inject purified water to lubricate, seal and cool the rotor assembly in a single compression stage. Operating near true isothermal compression at temperatures below 60 °C guarantees 100% oil-free purity and remarkable mechanical reliability.
- Single-stage compression mechanism sealed with purified demineralized water.
- Low operating temperatures under 60 °C avoiding thermal stress or deposits.
- Integrated reverse osmosis water purification system for auto-top up.
- Reverse osmosis membranes, injection nozzles and water filters available.

Reading a compressor nameplate
g. 5 or D75-10), unique machine serial number and year of manufacture. For accurate selection of filter elements, rebuild kits or solenoid valves, the serial number is the key identifier. Photograph the label without glare.
If the main enclosure plate is scratched or painted over, check the commissioning manual or maintenance log. The rotary screw airend and electric drive motor also carry separate factory nameplates. Images of these component tags help our team verify the machine configuration precisely.
Airend, gearbox or complete package
When an airend malfunctions, evaluate both options: supplying a replacement rotary screw element or replacing the complete compressor package. For an airend quote, provide the part number from its casting and total logged operating hours. For valves and sensors, catalog numbers are sufficient.
The decision on rebuilding or replacement remains with your engineering team or certified service contractor. We quote genuine airend modules, intake regulators and valves alongside complete packaged units so you can balance lead time and budget.
Oil-free compressors D, Ultima and DH
For oil-free compressors in the D, Ultima and DH families, preventing contamination is essential for pharmaceutical, food or semiconductor production. When inquiring for consumables or repair parts, specify required air purity class and certification standards.
For water-injected DH machines, replace reverse osmosis cartridges and injection nozzles at designated intervals. For Ultima compressors, provide an operational diagnostic log from the Delcos XL controller to evaluate the performance of both independent U-Drive motors.
C-Series portable diesel units
When requesting components for mobile C10–C270TS packages, specify the exact diesel or petrol engine brand (Kubota, Yanmar, Cummins or Honda). Include the chassis serial number, towbar coupling configuration and preset operating discharge pressure.
We supply air treatment and compressor consumables (spin-on oil separators, air filter elements) as well as engine service kits: fuel pre-filters, water separators, alternator belts and thermostats for harsh outdoor duty.
Delcos controllers and iConn telemetry
For Delcos Pro, Delcos XL or Delcos 3100 microprocessors, provide the part number on the rear casing and installed firmware revision. Before swapping a controller module, save a parameter backup and terminal wiring diagram.
To connect installations to the iConn remote cloud analytics portal or integrate units with SmartAir Master multi-compressor sequencers, specify network communication interfaces (RS-485, Modbus RTU or Ethernet) and the total machine count.
What to provide for selection
The minimum required information includes clear nameplate photos, compressor serial number, required parts list and delivery destination. For filters and separators, photos of existing cartridges showing legible factory printing are very helpful.
When submitting inquiries covering several compressors across your facility, group items by compressor serial number. This streamlines factory verification and ensures every seal, valve and filter matches your machinery.
Equipment for a new compressor room
For new capital installations, begin with system requirements: total required compressed air delivery (m³/min or cfm), target operating pressure, pressure dew point and required ISO 8573-1 air purity class.
State electrical network specifications, spatial limitations within the plant and interest in energy heat recovery systems. If an engineering design specification is already drafted, attach it to your inquiry.
We propose optimal configurations from CompAir current industrial portfolio (lubricated L-Series or oil-free D/Ultima) complete with matching dryers and receiver vessels. Obsolete legacy models are never proposed for new turnkey systems.
Limitations: this page does not confirm official CompAir partner or dealer status, stock availability, fixed price or lead time, or part interchangeability based purely on series name. Terms are verified for each individual project and documented in the official quotation.
