Motor sourcing for Shang Yi equipment
We source motor equipment and drive components for Shang Yi applications from your duty requirements, electrical data and installation drawings. Define the package for your project.
BLDC motors for fan assemblies
Shang Yi lists brushless DC motors for fans. We assess a motor enquiry against its designation, mounting drawing and existing controller. Specify whether the required assembly includes the impeller, wiring and drive electronics, or only the motor.
- Complete motor designation
- Supply and control requirements
- Shaft, mounting and connector drawing
EC motors for ventilation equipment
The manufacturer includes EC motors for clean-room fans in its catalogue. Define the ventilation assembly, electrical supply and connection arrangement in the enquiry. We establish the requested equipment package from the installation requirements and the existing motor information.
- Ventilation assembly application
- Motor label and connection drawing
- Required equipment package
SYS6004 C-frame motor
Shang Yi identifies SYS6004 as a packaging-machine C-frame motor. Its specification table lists 10 W and 3400 rpm. A replacement enquiry should include the installed version, mounting dimensions and shaft drawing so the proposed item can be checked against the machine.
- Listed output: 10 W
- Listed speed: 3400 rpm
- Single-phase version
SYDP02 oil pump gear motor
The SYDP02 oil pump gear motor is listed with 50 W output, 200 rpm and DC 12, 24 or 48 V supply variants. Include the output shaft and pump connection in the enquiry. The selected electrical version must be stated separately.
- Listed output: 50 W
- Listed speed: 200 rpm
- Supply variants: DC 12 / 24 / 48 V
SYC11003 industrial PSC motor
Shang Yi lists SYC11003 as an industrial permanent split capacitor motor with 150 W output and 1750 rpm. State the voltage of the installed version and provide capacitor information, the nameplate and the mechanical interface drawing for a project-specific equipment enquiry.
- Listed output: 150 W
- Listed speed: 1750 rpm
- Permanent split capacitor motor
Windings for PSC motor projects
Shang Yi lists PSC motor windings for pump and fan applications. Identify the component and attach its drawing. Separate a winding request from a complete stator or motor assembly so the quotation has a clear scope and an agreed mechanical reference.
- Component designation
- Dimensions from the drawing
- Winding, stator or complete motor scope
Motor controllers and drive packages
Motor controllers are part of the Shang Yi catalogue. Start with the controller designation, its paired motor and the connection diagram. Existing photographs of the board and connectors help define the requested package, including wiring and control requirements.
- Controller and paired motor designation
- Connection diagram and connectors
- Control and package requirements
SYD4201 brushed DC motor
For packing-machine applications, Shang Yi lists the SYD4201 brushed DC motor with 50 W output, 3000 rpm and DC 12, 24 or 48 V supply variants. Define the machine mechanism, terminal arrangement and shaft version when requesting equipment or replacement components.
- Listed output: 50 W
- Listed speed: 3000 rpm
- Supply variants: DC 12 / 24 / 48 V
Define the drive package for your project
Start with the equipment application and the function of the required drive. State whether the enquiry concerns a new installation, an additional machine or replacement of an existing assembly. Attach the mechanical interface drawing, electrical requirements and available control documentation.
For several machines, provide a schedule that links each motor designation to its required quantity and installation position.
We use these materials to define the equipment package for quotation. List the motor, controller, wiring and connection components separately when they require individual review. Your engineering team can then check each interface, while purchasing can compare the package with the project schedule.
Identify the requirements already agreed within your organisation and the points that still need clarification.
Packages for ventilation installations
For a ventilation project, distinguish the motor, impeller and control equipment in the requested scope. State which items are required and which components remain part of your installation. Include an arrangement drawing and the operating requirements available in the project documentation.
Existing photographs help connect the equipment schedule to the actual mounting and wiring arrangement.
If several fans use different motor versions, give each version its own line and quantity. Keep dimensions, connectors and application notes beside the relevant designation. We clarify the outstanding information and prepare a defined enquiry scope.
The resulting package can be reviewed as a motor alone or as a larger assembly for integration into your ventilation equipment.
Motor packages for pump assemblies
A pump-drive enquiry should identify both the pump and the motor, together with the required supply and connection arrangement. Shang Yi lists DC 12, 24 or 48 V variants for SYDP02, so name the selected version explicitly. Attach the output interface and mounting drawing.
If the enquiry includes a wider pump assembly, describe its components and the required package boundary.
For several drives, preserve the link between machine position, motor designation and quantity. Operating requirements can be supplied as an existing project brief. We use your information to clarify the component schedule and the questions for technical agreement.
This lets the engineering team compare the proposed electrical version and mechanical connections before an order is defined.
Electrical and control requirements
Attach the installation wiring diagram and the motor nameplate information. Keep the controller designation, terminal arrangement and connector details next to the motor that they concern. For a PSC motor, add the available capacitor information.
Where the equipment uses external control, describe the signals required by your project and identify the components already included in the machine.
A project may need more than one electrical version of a similar mechanical assembly. Give each version its own schedule entry and quantity. We preserve that distinction when preparing the quotation scope.
Record the site supply and the motor requirements separately so the technical review addresses the actual component and its connection to the rest of the equipment.
Mechanical interfaces and installation space
Use an existing dimensioned drawing to identify the shaft, mounting holes, flange, locating surface and available installation space. A gear motor enquiry should also describe the output connection.
If your project includes a separate bracket or coupling component, attach its drawing and state whether that item is required in the package. These references connect the catalogue designation to the installation.
For an equipment change, describe the existing arrangement and the intended change separately. Each interface can then be reviewed against the agreed requirements. We clarify the drive equipment and accessories from these materials.
The quotation schedule retains your project position references, while connection parts remain visible as separate items where the engineering team needs to check their scope.
Controllers and winding components
For a controller enquiry, provide the board designation, paired motor and connection diagram. For a winding component, provide its identification and drawing. One enquiry can cover components for several drives if every version has a separate schedule line.
If you require an assembled unit, describe that scope and list the parts that should be included with it.
Available photographs of boards, connectors and mechanical interfaces can accompany the technical documents. We use them to clarify the requested package. When planning a spare assembly, identify the components already held by your organisation and the additional items to be quoted.
This keeps the motor equipment, electronic controls and accessories linked to one reviewable component schedule.
Prepare documents for technical agreement
Prepare a model schedule, interface drawings and your project requirements for the equipment package. Keep your position reference, quantity and supporting file beside each item. For repeated machines, distinguish quantity per installation from the total required quantity.
Where information is still being checked, mark that point as a note while retaining the parameters already agreed by your team.
We consolidate the clarification questions and define the package to be quoted. Your engineering team can compare it with the project through the designations and drawings. Purchasing can check the equipment and accessory schedule against the request.
Include the contact of the person handling technical queries and the preferred way to reach them when you submit the enquiry form.
Packing and export shipment planning
State the destination, number of equipment packages and packing requirements in the enquiry. If the motors form part of a larger installation project, attach your logistics schedule or receiving requirements.
Separate motors, controllers and accessories into clear items while retaining their association with the equipment they serve. This makes the proposed shipment scope easier to compare with the technical package.
After the technical composition is agreed, packing marks, accompanying documentation and shipment arrangements can be defined for the quotation. Provide these requirements with the project enquiry so they are considered together.
If your organisation uses internal position references, retain them in the schedule. The resulting equipment package can then be checked against the order and received against the agreed list.
