Chuangfeng linear modules and Cartesian robots

Source Chuangfeng linear modules, Cartesian robots and motion components from Lishui. Send travel, load, an installation drawing or the exact designation of an existing assembly.

CF series linear modules

Select a Chuangfeng module by its full designation, travel and mounting dimensions. The catalogue includes CF120-B, CF86C, CF75C, CF120C and CF175C. Retain the suffix and motor arrangement when replacing an installed axis.

  • CF120-B, CF86C and CF75C
  • CF120C and CF175C
  • Specify travel, load and installation drawing
  • Match the drive arrangement to the model

Ball screw assemblies

The Chuangfeng ball screw range includes DFT and SFT. Start with the designation and drawing: diameter, lead, length, end machining and nut mounting must fit the assembly. A picture of the nut helps identify the original arrangement.

  • DFT and SFT catalogue entries
  • Identify the screw and nut as an assembly
  • Provide total length and both end details
  • Include a clear photograph of the nut marking

Cartesian robots and welding systems

The range includes cantilever robots and a Cartesian welding system. Its published base configuration has X/Y/Z travels of 1200/900/400 mm and R rotation up to 330°. These values describe that system, not every robot in the catalogue.

  • Welding system: X/Y/Z 1200/900/400 mm
  • R axis rotation up to 330°
  • Teaching-based welding programming
  • Specify process, moving mass and workspace

Screw support units

Chuangfeng lists FF, FK and EF support units. Supply the marking together with the screw journal dimensions, centre height, mounting hole pattern and housing arrangement. Identify each end of the screw separately.

  • FF, FK and EF catalogue series
  • Identify both ends of the screw
  • Check centre height and mounting pattern
  • Provide an overall view of the assembly

Profile linear guides

The linear guide catalogue includes EGW, EGH and HGW. Specify the rail profile, length, carriage quantity and hole spacing when requesting a set. For a replacement carriage, include its complete marking and mounting dimensions.

  • Catalogue designations EGW, EGH and HGW
  • List rails and carriages separately
  • State length and end-hole distances
  • Keep the installed component marking

Linear bearings and bushings

The catalogue includes long LM...LUU and LME...LUU linear bearings and flanged LMF...LUU and LMK...LUU versions. Provide the shaft size, housing length and full designation, including the mounting arrangement.

  • LM...LUU and LME...LUU
  • LMF...LUU and LMK...LUU
  • Shaft size and housing fit
  • Flange shape and mounting pattern

Round-shaft guide components

The round guide section lists SHF...A, SK and SCS...UU / SCS...LUU. An assembly drawing helps separate the shaft, supports and moving blocks into clear order lines, with their quantities and mounting details.

  • SHF...A and SK
  • SCS...UU / SCS...LUU
  • Specify diameter and working length
  • List supports and moving blocks separately

Simple modules and slide tables

The manufacturer has a dedicated simple-module section and a basic slide-table listing. Start from the machine layout: useful travel, motion direction, mounting envelope and the load carried by the moving platform.

  • Dedicated simple-module category
  • Slide-table arrangement for the layout
  • Specify travel and axis orientation
  • Provide moving-platform mounting dimensions

Define the Chuangfeng requirement

Lishui Chuang Feng Technology is based in Lishui, Zhejiang. Established in 2011, the company covers linear motion components, industrial robots and custom automation. Use the name on the identification plate to distinguish it from similarly named manufacturers.

A useful enquiry includes Chuangfeng, the Chinese company name 丽水市创峰科技有限公司 and the complete component designation.

State whether the order covers replacements, maintenance stock or a new workstation. List quantities and identify the items on an assembly drawing.

Identify a linear module correctly

Copy the entire CF designation, including letters after the size code. Add a clear plate photograph, an overall view and a view of the motor end. Useful travel and overall length describe different dimensions; include both when available.

Indicate cable exits, sensor positions and the side on which the motor is mounted so that the arrangement can be checked against the machine.

Without a label, use the machine drawing or a previous order. Mark stationary surfaces, the moving platform and the components included in the enquiry.

Travel, load and installation orientation

For a new axis, describe the movement between working points and the useful operating area. State the combined mass of the workpiece and tooling, the centre-of-gravity position and whether the axis is horizontal, vertical or inclined.

If the tooling projects beyond the carriage, attach a sketch showing the offset. These details remain relevant even when you already know the required series.

Provide move time, dwell time and cycle count. Identify process and holding positions; the load rating needs confirmation for the actual configuration.

Screw and belt drive arrangements

The Chuangfeng download section distinguishes direct motor connection to a screw drive, alternative motor mounting and timing-belt arrangements. A short series name therefore does not define the whole configuration. Include a drive diagram and photographs.

For a replacement, also identify the motor, coupling and mounting flange when those parts will remain on the machine.

Itemise the module, motor, sensors, cables and controls. Mark retained components to distinguish a bare mechanical axis from a complete motion package.

Specify a ball screw from the drawing

Provide the screw diameter, lead, overall length, threaded length and machined dimensions at both ends. The nut drawing should show its envelope, flange and fixing holes.

Keep DFT, SFT or another designation exactly as marked on the component: a similar entry in a spare-parts list may identify a different version. Photographs should show the nut and both screw ends clearly.

Identify the screw-and-nut assembly and the orientation of each end. Put measurements on one labelled sketch and state packing requirements for long components.

Match the screw support arrangement

FF, FK and EF supports must be selected together with the screw journal dimensions and installation layout. Identify the existing housing, its position on the base and its fixing arrangement at each end.

An overall photograph shows how the supports, nut and motor relate to one another; close views are needed for markings and mounting details.

Mark whether the screw, opposite support and motor connection remain. List complete housings separately from internal parts, with a quantity for each.

Specify rails and carriages as a system

For a profile rail, provide its total length, cross-section, hole pitch and the distance from the end to the first hole. For each carriage, supply the marking, mounting-platform dimensions and quantity per rail. If the machine has several axes, label them separately.

Equal rail lengths do not establish that two installations use the same components.

Retain size numbers and suffixes after EGW, EGH or HGW. State whether you need one carriage or a matched rail-and-carriage set.

Bushings, shafts and housed blocks

For a linear bearing, state the shaft diameter, component length and outside fit. A flanged version also requires the flange shape and fixing-hole distances. Copy the LM or LME marking with its size number and suffix.

The dots used in a family designation on this page do not replace the actual part number needed for an order.

List shafts, fixed supports and moving blocks separately. For multiple sets, give both the set quantity and the number of components in each.

Define the robot process

Describe the operation before selecting a Cartesian robot: machine loading, part transfer, welding or work at an inspection station. Provide the available space, pickup points and the position of surrounding equipment.

The kinematic arrangement follows the process; a simple sketch showing each movement axis and required travel is more useful than an unspecified request for a robot.

For welding, define torch paths, workpiece material and the welding source. List fixtures, guarding and controls separately to establish the integration scope.

Connect the selection to the existing machine

For an axis added to an existing machine, provide the motor model, drive designation, connection drawing and sensor list. If your requirement concerns mechanics only, define that boundary. Identify the connections that will remain and those expected to change with the axis.

This information helps distinguish a straightforward component replacement from a broader integration project.

For multi-axis assemblies, add cable routes, clearance dimensions and cycle details. Keep drawing revisions labelled where similar stations have different interfaces.

Describe the operating environment

Describe conditions at the installation point, including chips, dust, splashes, cleaning agents and access for maintenance. Photograph existing covers, seals and service points. For an installed axis, include relevant instructions from its manual and the maintenance arrangement used at the plant.

These details complement the component marking when reviewing the requested configuration and supply scope.

After a failure, report observed play, noise, uneven travel or damage. Keep these observations separate from an unconfirmed diagnosis when defining the repair scope.

From enquiry to an agreed specification

Send the item list in one file or message, with labelled drawings and photographs. State the quantity and purpose of each line: an operating replacement, a new installation or maintenance stock.

If several designations appear in the documentation, retain them together with a note explaining where each one comes from. Avoid dropping suffixes when combining information from separate records.

Review each quoted designation and supply scope. Confirm included components, packing and delivery details, then use the agreed list for incoming inspection.

Availability, price, lead time, documents and compatibility are confirmed for the specific enquiry. Official dealership and authorised service are not claimed. Matching series names across manufacturers do not establish interchangeability; the agreed specification defines the final supply scope.
