Diebold Goldring equipment and tooling
Select Diebold equipment for shrink fitting, tooling inspection and machine integration. Send technical information for stations, spindles, holders and replacement components.
Goldring HSK, SK and BT holders
Tool holders connect the cutting tool to the spindle. Identify the taper, size, clamping diameter and projection when requesting a replacement. The interface name alone does not describe the complete holder.
- HSK, SK, BT and PSC interfaces
- D-SK and D-BT with face contact
- Supply the full code and dimensions
CentroGrip collet chucks and TER
CentroGrip is a precision collet chuck family. Thermo-ER, also called TER, provides shrink collets for ER holders. Specify whether the enquiry concerns a complete chuck, a collet, a nut or an extension.
- CentroGrip for high speed machining
- TER shrink collets for ER holders
- Identify the size and full designation
UltraGrip 3.0 power chucks
UltraGrip 3.0 is intended for HPC milling. Selection starts with the cutter, operation and installation requirements. Provide the cutter shank diameter, working projection and the machining area on the drawing.
- Power clamping for HPC milling

Choose the equipment group
Industrial Diebold Goldring is Helmut Diebold GmbH & Co. Goldring-Werkzeugfabrik, based in Jungingen, Germany. Its product groups cover holders, shrink technology, measuring equipment and spindles.
Begin an enquiry with the production task: replacing a component, equipping a station or selecting equipment for a new operation.
If the code is known, provide its complete designation and quantity. For a shrink station, list the holders and tool shank materials. For measuring equipment, identify the inspection parameters. For a spindle, send the label and machine documentation.
Identify the complete designation
Keep every digit, letter, dot and suffix in the Diebold code. Photograph the complete item, its marking and the packaging label. A family name identifies the type of product; the full designation describes the requested configuration.
Separate a complete holder from a nut, collet, adapter, extension or station component. If the marking is damaged, add a dimensioned sketch and the relevant assembly reference. Distinguish measurements taken from the part from values copied from its documentation.
Check the spindle interface and reach
State the taper type and size exactly as shown in the machine documentation, for example HSK-A63. For SK or BT, provide the installed holder designation and connection information.
List tool shank diameter, working length and projection separately, with clear dimensions and units for the intended arrangement.
Include the holder in its working position and a drawing of the machining area. Mark nearby walls, fixtures and access restrictions. If changing length, retain the original specification and state the desired change separately.
Distinguish collet and shrink systems
CentroGrip is a collet chuck family, whereas TER provides shrink collets for ER systems. For a repeat purchase, identify the element being replaced and photograph the complete assembly. Keep the holder code and replaceable element code on separate lines, so that a request for one component is clear.
For a new operation, describe the tool type, shank material and diameter range. Add the model of any existing shrink unit used at the site. When equipping several machines, prepare a list by interface, diameter and quantity.
Specify milling and medium delivery
UltraGrip 3.0 belongs to the HPC power chuck range. JetSleeve 2.0 provides directed medium delivery, while UltraJet 3.0 combines power clamping and cooling.
Describe the tool holding requirement and the medium delivery requirement separately, including the operation, workpiece material and installed cutter.
Supply the holder code, cutter shank size and working projection. For coolant or air supply, attach a diagram or describe the existing connections. State whether you require a complete new chuck or a component for an installed arrangement.
Describe a DMS assembly
The DMS modular system combines a basic holder with shrink reductions and extensions. Show the complete chain from spindle to cutter. List each connection, designation and length, and identify which elements are already available and which belong to the requested supply.
For deep cavities, provide the drawing and the required access to the cutting area. When asking for a longer or slimmer configuration, state the space restrictions and the intended working projection.
A replacement component request should include its position in the assembly as well as its external dimensions and connection information.
Configure a ThermoGrip station
To select a US 1100 station, list shank materials, diameter ranges, holder contours and the required workplace arrangement. Distinguish the vertical and horizontal units from a TubeChiller station.
For thin walled holders, identify the specific geometry when considering the MS 3.0 rather than choosing by diameter alone.
Prepare an inventory of existing holders, adapters and accessories. Include the available electrical supply and installation space. If replacing equipment on an active production site, provide the current station label.
Select cooling equipment or a component
FKS 04 S provides separate liquid cooling for shrink fit chucks. Identify the shrink unit and the holders used with it. If replacing an installed cooler, send its label, an overview of the station and the accessories currently used, so the enquiry describes the actual workplace configuration.
For an individual component, show its position and connections. Provide the assembly designation from the documentation, or photographs and dimensions if that designation is unavailable.
For a new workplace, list cooling as part of the complete station while keeping the boundary between the main machine, a separate cooler and accessory items clear.
Define the inspection task
Begin a measuring equipment request with the parameter to be checked. Taper inspection, pull force measurement and runout testing use different instruments. Identify whether the inspected object is a holder, a machine spindle or an assembled tool.
Attach the interface designation and the requirements from your inspection plan.
For a repeated order, provide the instrument model, measuring range and existing kit contents. For a test arbor, give the taper size and length. Include required calibration documents in the technical specification.
List the instrument, adapters and setting elements separately so the receiving team can identify the expected contents of the package.
Specify a replacement spindle package
A motor spindle enquiry needs the exact model, serial number, machine information and installation drawing. Send the overall view and label. Describe the drive, cooling, medium supply and clamping connections separately.
If the machine configuration has changed, include documentation for the assembly currently installed on the machine.
For a component request, show its location and name in the parts list. A package containing shaft, clamping system, bearings and rotor differs from one individual element. State whether you need a complete spindle, a subassembly or a specific part.
Retain the machine reference for every item when several machines are involved.
Document a component problem
Describe the observed problem: runout, a change in clamping force, heating, a device error or physical damage. Attach photographs and the assembly designation.
If measurements are already available, provide the report with the method and conditions, so the result can be connected to the particular item being discussed.
A new component purchase and a repair assessment are separate tasks. Identify the immediate requirement and attach any existing inspection report. An assembly drawing and a picture of the installed position help identify an unfamiliar part.
Use documents and photographs available from your technical team when preparing the enquiry.
Prepare an equipment supply list
For each item, provide the description, complete code, quantity and application. Number photographs and drawings to match the list. For a station package, identify main devices, adapters, accessories and required receiving documents.
Include the destination and a technical contact who can clarify the configuration and installation requirements.
Before ordering, compare the proposed codes and package contents with the original enquiry. Allocate items to the relevant machines or workshops. Specify any packaging and identification requirements used by your receiving team.
A consistent item list helps review the equipment scope and organise receipt of the machines, instruments and replacement components.
Availability, price, lead time, documents and compatibility are checked for the specific enquiry. This page does not establish official dealer status, authorised service or identical specifications across every family configuration.
