Dosatron dosing pumps and equipment

Select a Dosatron pump for the water flow, required injection percentage and concentrate. Send the full reference, an installation sketch or photographs for equipment and spare parts enquiries.

D3RE2 dosing pump

A model for adding a small proportion of concentrate to a water stream. Include the complete reference when replacing a pump: the housing and seal configuration should match the chemical used.

  • Dosing range: 0.2–2%
  • Water flow: 10–3000 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.3–6 bar
  • Connection: 3/4″

D3RE5 dosing pump

This model provides a higher dosing range than D3RE2. For an existing installation, compare the water flow, required percentage and dosing assembly configuration as well as the D3 family name.

  • Dosing range: 0.5–5%
  • Water flow: 10–3000 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.3–6 bar
  • Connection: 3/4″

D3RE10 dosing pump

A model for a higher additive proportion, including industrial mixing applications. Send all suffixes after the model name and identify the concentrate so the dosing assembly can be matched to the configuration.

  • Dosing range: 1–10%
  • Water flow: 10–3000 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.5–6 bar
  • Connection: 3/4″

D3RE25IE dosing pump

An external injection model with a high dosing range. Include the injection point arrangement, photographs of the injection tubing and the complete reference of the installed unit in your enquiry.

  • Dosing range: 5–25%
  • Water flow: 10–2000 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.5–4 bar
  • IE: external injection

D25RE2 dosing pump

A water powered proportional dosing pump in the D25 family. When ordering parts, distinguish the pump reference from the maintenance kit code and attach the diagram for your configuration.

  • Dosing range: 0.2–2%
  • Water flow: 10–2500 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.3–6 bar
  • Connection: 3/4″

D8RE2 dosing pump

For water lines with a higher flow than compact D3 and D25 units. The minimum operating flow matters when selecting a pump: a maximum capacity alone does not describe the installation.

  • Dosing range: 0.2–2%
  • Water flow: 500–8000 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.15–8 bar
  • Connection: 1 1/2″

D9GL2 Green Line injector

A model for adding fertilizer through irrigation water. For a greenhouse or nursery, specify zone flow rates, the stock solution composition and the required injection proportion.

  • Dosing range: 0.2–2%
  • Water flow: 500–9000 l/h
  • Pressure: 0.3–8 bar
  • Connection: 1 1/2″

Dosatron maintenance kits and parts

Request seals, dosing and motor assemblies, suction tubing and diagram based parts. Send the item number on the drawing, the complete pump reference and the quantity required.

  • Dosing assembly seals
  • Motor and dosing pistons
  • Suction tube and strainer
  • Part code and configuration diagram

Selecting a pump for an existing line

Start with the complete Dosatron reference and serial number on the unit. Photograph the identification marking, then the complete installation with the water connections, suction tube and concentrate container. This links the model code to the equipment actually in use.

State whether you need a complete pump, a dosing assembly or a maintenance kit. If the unit has stopped working, describe the observed symptom: no motor movement, no concentrate suction, a leaking connection or a change in the mixing result.

Include replaced parts and the relevant manual page. List each pump separately with its complete reference and quantity.

Water flow and injection percentage

A dosing pump has two distinct selection parameters: the volume of water passing through it and the proportion of concentrate added. Selecting by percentage alone leaves the hydraulic operating conditions unresolved. D3RE2, D25RE2 and D8RE2 share a dosing range but have different water flow ranges.

Specify minimum, normal and maximum flow. Where a line supplies several users, describe operation with a single outlet and with multiple outlets running together. Give the operating pressure and identify the point where it was measured so the data can be related to the pump.

State the required percentage, stock concentration and process purpose. Attach any specified ratio, identifying water flow and concentrate delivery separately.

Seals and the chemical concentrate

Seal selection requires information about the product used with the Dosatron. Send the concentrate name, its working concentration and available composition information. A technical data sheet provides a useful basis for selection, alongside the pump reference and photographs of its marking.

Photograph the suffixes after the base model and any marking on an existing maintenance kit. Manufacturer documentation distinguishes configurations for acidic, alkaline and viscous additives. Consider the housing, seals and suction assembly together for the specific equipment being ordered.

Identify changed concentrates and operating conditions. For an individual seal, include its assembly location, drawing number and pump reference.

Reading the configuration reference

The base model identifies a family and a dosing range. Additional markings describe its configuration. In the industrial documentation, BP identifies an integrated bypass, IE an external injection arrangement and PVDF a housing option. Preserve the full reference when preparing an enquiry.

AF and VF relate to seal configurations for different additives. Copy multiple suffixes in their original order and attach a clear photograph. For older equipment, include the serial number and any maintenance kit code retained in the operating records or on previous packaging.

Identify the assembly and full configuration. If another reference was proposed as a replacement, send both codes and the source document.

Maintenance kit or individual component

A maintenance kit enquiry should identify the pump model, seal configuration and intended work. Include a kit code from packaging or previous documents where available. Otherwise, mark the required items on the appropriate manufacturer diagram and attach photographs of the removed parts.

Distinguish the dosing assembly from the water powered motor assembly. A description such as pump piston can refer to different components. For an assembled replacement, list the mating items required with it and identify any components that will remain in the existing pump.

For batches, state pump quantities by configuration and the required kit quantities. List additional spares separately to clarify the contents.

Metalworking fluid and industrial mixtures

Dosatron industrial applications include metalworking fluid mixing, degreasing and surface treatment. An equipment enquiry should name the concentrate, the intended injection proportion and the process supplied by the mixture.

Include the existing equipment reference when the request concerns replacement or maintenance.

Explain whether the mixture is prepared in a separate container or supplied directly downstream of the dosing pump. Attach a sketch showing water direction and the additive introduction point. For a viscous concentrate, provide its technical sheet and relevant storage conditions at the installation.

For replacement, retain the current model, setting and flow. List tubing and parts separately; specify operating conditions and concentrate for new lines.

Fertigation and stock solution injection

Green Line covers additive injection through irrigation water, including the D9GL2 model. For a greenhouse, nursery or irrigation zone, specify the flow in each operating mode, the water pressure and the injection range needed for the stock solution at the pump location.

Identify the stock solution composition and explain how the concentrate is prepared. The installation sketch should show containers, any pumps installed in series or parallel, water outlets and dosing points. Where several solutions are used, describe the purpose of each pump separately.

Attach identification and assembly photographs for existing injectors. For multiple new pumps, specify zones and separate equipment from maintenance parts.

Car washing and detergent preparation

For a car wash dosing pump, identify the detergent concentrate, working percentage and actual water flow through the unit. Explain whether it serves one outlet or several wash positions. A connection sketch shows where the concentrate is mixed into the water supply.

For replacement, send the full pump reference and photographs of the connections and suction line. Specify the requested item: a complete pump, seal kit, tube or individual assembly. Keep the quantity linked to each reference where several units are installed on the site.

For changes after introducing another chemical, identify both products and operating conditions, alongside the pump marking and seal configuration.

Installation data and supply scope

For a new Dosatron installation, attach a sketch of the pipe section showing flow direction, existing connections, concentrate container position and access for servicing. Specify connection type and dimensions from the equipment or the line documentation, with photographs where useful.

State thread details separately from tubing dimensions. Identify which fittings and mounting components are already available and which should be included in the purchase. A fitting photograph should be connected to a particular pump and its intended location in the installation.

For machine modules, send the machine and module references. Show external injection routes and list pumps, accessories and spares separately.

Preparing an equipment and parts enquiry

Send the complete Dosatron reference, photographs, quantities and delivery destination. State the purpose of the request: replacing an installed unit, restoring a dosing assembly or selecting a pump for a new line. Identify the relevant operating conditions and concentrate for each application.

A multi item list can include pump reference, part code, drawing position and quantity. Link supporting documents to the corresponding line. If a marking is partly unreadable, retain the visible characters and attach the original photograph so the missing information can be resolved.

Include packaging, document and destination requirements. The proposal identifies item configurations and contents, separating complete assemblies from individual components.

Parts enquiries handled previously

We prepared proposals for Dosatron seal maintenance kits PJ093AF and PJ119VF. Shipment is unconfirmed; these references require individual matching.

For a similar enquiry, send the complete pump reference, existing kit marking and quantity to match the current configuration.

Availability, price, lead time, compatibility and documents are checked for the specific configuration. This page does not establish official distributor status, certified service or identical specifications across all models.
