QEEHUA Pump chemical pumps and filters
We source QEEHUA chemical pumps and filtration equipment against the liquid, duty point and installation. Specify the configuration, scope of supply and spare parts required for your project.
MD magnetic drive pumps
A compact family for chemical liquid circulation. Match a replacement assembly to the full pump code and nameplate. Similar housings can conceal different wetted components or motor supplies, so a photograph of the existing unit is useful.
- Models include MD200, MD201, MD202, MD203, MD204, MD255, MD257 and MD258.
- Magnetic drive transfers rotation without a shaft seal.
- Use the performance table for the specified supply frequency.
- Identify the required component on an assembly drawing.
QHX magnetic drive pumps
A family for transferring and circulating chemical solutions. Start selection with the liquid composition, temperature and required duty point. For maintenance, identify whether the request concerns a casing, impeller or magnetic assembly.
- The catalogue includes QHX250, QHX251, QHX252, QHX253 and other sizes.
- Listed material options include PPH, PVDF and CFRETFE.
- Confirm the motor details and supply frequency against the pump nameplate.
- Check connection sizes and installation dimensions before choosing a replacement.
QBF lined magnetic pumps
The manufacturer lists QBF as a separate magnetic pump family with fluoropolymer lining. Specify the complete model, handled liquid and connection details when requesting either a complete pump or replacement components.
- Treat QBF and QB as distinct series.
- Confirm the material of every relevant wetted component.
- Provide assembly drawings or fitting dimensions for replacement parts.
- Agree the motor and mounting arrangement for a complete unit.
QHB self priming pumps
A self priming centrifugal family for chemical liquids. Replacement selection needs the suction conditions and pipe arrangement. For a repair enquiry, attach photographs of the wetted end and identification of the installed seal.
- The manufacturer lists GFRPP and PVDF versions.
- Example model codes include QHB40012, QHB40022 and QHB50032.
- State the pump position relative to the liquid level.
- Describe the suction pipe length, diameter and installed valves.
QHA vertical tank pumps
The catalogue identifies QHA as a family installed inside a tank. A tank sketch should show the liquid levels and mounting position. For a replacement assembly, provide measurements alongside photographs of the existing component.
- State tank depth and normal operating liquid level.
- Include the mounting flange or fixing hole drawing.
- Show obstructions and available space inside the tank.
- Keep the complete letter suffix when submitting a model code.
QHD external tank vertical pumps
QHD is a vertical pump family positioned outside the tank. The manufacturer lists solution circulation, spray cleaning and gas treatment applications. Check the connection arrangement and the conditions of the actual process before ordering.
- Example designations include QHD40SK1, QHD40SK2 and QHD40SK3.
- Specify the suction and discharge connection positions.
- Indicate whether a filter is installed in the circulation circuit.
- Identify the original pump configuration when requesting an assembly.
QH filtration equipment
The QEEHUA range includes QH precision filtration units. Consumables enquiries need the filter identification and details of the installed element. For a pump and filter package, specify both items and their roles in the process.
- Attach photographs of the filter and the removed element.
- State element length, diameter and end connection arrangement.
- Describe the solution and the required filtration duty.
- Separate requests for the housing, elements and pump assembly.
Impellers, casings and magnetic assemblies
A parts enquiry should identify the particular pump assembly. A component photograph shows what is needed, while its drawing position links the request to the configuration. If the label is unreadable, include the complete unit and measured dimensions.
- Impellers: geometry, fitting arrangement and surface condition.
- Casings: connections, mounting and wetted material.
- Magnetic assemblies: scope of supply and original assembly reference.
- Rings and bushes: installation position and mating dimensions.
QHS stainless steel centrifugal pumps
The manufacturer lists QHS as a stainless steel centrifugal pump family. A replacement in a process installation requires the liquid properties, connections and electrical details. Include all suffixes in the model identification.
- Provide separate photographs of the pump and motor nameplates.
- Specify the required materials of the wetted components.
- State the operating cycle and required flow and head.
- Mark the repair component on a drawing or photograph.
Choosing a pump family
Begin with the installation: is the pump beside a tank, inside it or connected to a separate pipeline? Describe the duty, such as circulating a solution, transferring liquid between vessels, feeding a filter or supplying a spray process. This establishes the starting point for selection.
For an existing installation, provide the pump identification and explain which operating conditions must be retained. For a new line, attach the technical specification. A comparison with another make should address the application and connections as well as the model name.
If an equipment list only says QEEHUA, add photographs of the complete assembly, connection directions and tank arrangement. The manufacturer name alone does not identify the pump construction. These images help turn an incomplete enquiry into a defined equipment request.
Liquid, material and temperature
Specify the liquid composition and concentration, normal temperature and maximum temperature. Include the main constituents of mixtures and any cleaning liquids. If the process runs through different operating stages, describe each condition that the selected equipment will encounter.
The casing material is only part of the information needed. Internal components and seal materials must also be considered. For maintenance procurement, retain the original configuration code and highlight any change in the handled solution since the pump was installed.
Add density, viscosity, solids content and relevant operating details. A safety data sheet or process specification helps define the question sent to the manufacturer. Accurate liquid information is particularly useful when comparing available polymer configurations for the same pump family.
Flow and head at the required duty point
State the required flow together with its corresponding head. Catalogue maximum figures describe limits of a performance curve; combining maxima from different columns does not define an operating point. Selection requires the curve for the proposed configuration and supply frequency.
Include the elevation difference, pipe lengths and diameters, valves and any connected filter. For a working system, measured flow and pressure readings are useful when accompanied by the operating conditions. Identify the performance that the replacement must preserve.
For motor selection, provide the electrical supply and control arrangement. Read tables for different frequencies separately. A motor power figure on its own is insufficient to describe the hydraulic duty, so supplement it with flow, head and suction conditions before requesting a complete assembly.
Installation dimensions and connections
A replacement using the existing pipework needs connection sizes and types, nozzle directions, mounting dimensions and available maintenance space. Supply an overall installation photograph and close views with a ruler placed in the same plane as the measured feature.
For a vertical pump, add the mounting level, tank depth and liquid level range. For equipment beside a tank, show the suction line position and distance to the vessel. A drawing or simple sketch makes these conditions easier to verify before ordering.
If the replacement differs dimensionally, describe acceptable changes in advance. This allows the pump, adapting components and site work to be considered separately. When replacing several apparently identical units, check the nameplate of each one before combining them into a single order line.
Equipment and spare parts in one enquiry
Distinguish a complete pump, a hydraulic assembly without a motor and individual components. List quantities and priorities. Restoring one unit, holding a standby pump and preparing for scheduled maintenance can each require a different scope of supply.
For a magnetic assembly, state whether the complete unit or one component is required. For a casing or impeller, include fitting dimensions and drawing references. For filtration equipment, list the housing, elements and pump separately if the enquiry covers a complete package.
The agreed item list should make the delivered scope clear. Add required documents, packing needs and package identification. For new equipment, attach the accessories list from the project specification so that supporting items can be reviewed alongside the main pump.
Information to send with your request
A useful starting package contains the complete pump code, a clear nameplate photograph, a description of the required component or duty, and the quantity. Include a contact for technical clarification and the delivery destination. Upload the relevant drawings with the photographs.
Photograph a removed component from several sides and mark its original installation position. Record dimensions with units. For older equipment, an instruction manual, an anonymised previous item list or the relevant catalogue page can help identify the intended assembly.
If the model is unknown, begin with the complete pump and motor. Information can be added as the enquiry develops. For several items, use a table containing the designation, required assembly, quantity, photograph filename and a short explanation of the procurement task.
Selection limits: this page does not confirm stock, price, lead time, individual parts compatibility, required certification or authorised dealer status. These points are checked for the specific enquiry and recorded in the commercial proposal.
