Turnkey supply of Control Techniques (Nidec Drives) drive technology: Unidrive M vector drives, Commander general-purpose drives, Digitax HD servo drives and Mentor MP DC drives for industrial plants across Russia and the CIS.
We configure each order from the full nameplate code: power rating, mains voltage, keypad ingress protection, fieldbus protocol and motor feedback type. The drive, SI option modules, keypads and wear-part reserves go into a single quotation.
Unidrive M400 covers conveyor, mixer, pump and packaging duty: flux vector control of induction and synchronous motors, onboard logic and Safe Torque Off. Send the full nameplate marking and we match the drive and its spare modules.
M600 and M700/M701/M702 are chosen where servo-grade precision is required: winding, extrusion, positioning and press axes. We select by feedback type, synchronisation protocol and the number of SI option slots your loop needs.
Running lines still carry Unidrive SP, Unidrive Classic, Mentor I/II, Commander SE/SK and Digitax ST, plus early M100–M300 units. We source remaining spare parts and map each obsolete frame to its current-series replacement.
Commander C is the compact general-purpose drive for induction and permanent-magnet motors in pumps, fans and conveyors. C300 replaces Unidrive M200/M300 with safety and communication built into the standard build.
Commander S is the smallest drive in the range: fans, small pumps, roller tables and dosing units. Selection follows mains phase count and the ingress protection required for the removable keypad.
NE200 and NE300 are Control Techniques vector drives officially released for Asia-Pacific and Africa. Pump, HVAC and extrusion lines in the region ship with them as standard, so both drives and parts keep moving through our China sourcing lane.
Digitax HD carry the Unidrive M architecture into a compact servo format: positioners, knife sets and axis feeds. The functionality tier — Ethernet, base or onboard EtherCAT — decides the model.
Mentor MP serves existing DC motor parks — mills, extruders, traction and constant-torque winders. Selection turns on armature current, pulse number and operating quadrant; Quantum MP covers packaged lower-power frames.
Pumping stations, HVAC and elevators use dedicated Control Techniques ranges with the application logic built in: Pump Drive F600, HVAC Drive H300, Elevator Drive E300, plus modular Powerdrive F300 and freestanding DFS.
Keypads, memory cards and communication modules are ordered separately from the drive: when a cabinet is relocated, a keypad fails, or a new fieldbus is added to a running line. We match them by drive series and option slot.
Application engineers read the factory drive code (Unidrive M701, Commander C300), confirm mains phase and voltage, the required protocol — EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS or Modbus RTU — and the feedback sensor: EnDat 2.2, SinCos, SSI, BiSS-C, HIPERFACE. For superseded Unidrive SP, Commander SE/SK and Digitax ST frames we map the current-series replacement while keeping the existing cabinet wiring.
Each package can combine the drive itself, communication and encoder SI modules, removable KI / CI / Remote keypads, SmartCard memory with adapters, brake transistors and RFI filters, cooling fans and control boards. For high-power cabinets we supply Powerdrive F300, DFS freestanding drives and the 500 kW power module whose subassemblies are field-replaceable.
Every parameter on this page comes from official Nidec Drives documentation: power range from 0.18 kW to 2.8 MW, supply voltages 100–690 V, Safe Torque Off rated SIL3 / PLe under IEC 61800-5-2 and EN ISO 13849-1. The E300 elevator drive carries its assessment to EN 81-20 / EN 81-50.
Sourcing runs through China and European distribution, with delivery to your warehouse anywhere in Russia and the CIS. Payment follows a RUB invoice with VAT; contract, specification and shipping pack included. Price and lead time are set per drive code at quotation; the NE series is officially regioned for Asia-Pacific and Africa.
