The 21000 series uses a top-guided, unbalanced control-valve design. Supply process conditions, connections and package requirements for equipment selection. For an internal component, provide the reference and item position from the particular valve’s applicable documents.
The 41005 series features cage guiding and balanced trim configurations. Keep its internal-component records separate from other valve series. Preserve the complete valve designation, trim information and applicable documentation; state project operating cases independently.

Models 4700P/4800P are pneumatic positioners; 4700E/4800E are electropneumatic. Preserve the suffix in the enquiry. Include the instrument marking, actuator interface records and required mounting components from the installed assembly documentation.

For a package, keep an explicit contents list instead of allowing the main device name to stand for several separate items.
Configuration, function testing and commissioning belong to the responsible equipment team’s established procedures. The procurement enquiry should define hardware, contents and documents.
Describe software, diagnostic or service requirements separately when relevant; those requirements cannot be inferred solely from the general instrument or control-system name.
Use the actuator’s own type and serial number where present. The valve identity establishes the parent assembly but does not replace actuator marking. Manufacturer documents include 31/32 and 51/52/53 families.
Provide the record applicable to the particular product and existing arrangement, listing required mounting components independently.
For an actuator component, state the original reference, assembly position and quantity. Define kit contents through the installed execution’s documentation, keeping kits separate from individual parts.

A reference from another installation does not establish the required configuration simply because the series matches.
A useful table includes the installation, device type, full designation, original reference, serial number where present, quantity and attachment name. For a kit, add contents and number of kits. Separate required items, reserves and alternatives.
When the list changes, keep the revised version and identify rows where the reference, quantity or contents have changed.
Before ordering, state the document and marking requirements for the particular products. At receipt, compare designations, quantities and contents with the agreed list, retaining the documents alongside the corresponding equipment.
If the valve, actuator and positioner arrive as independently identified products, check each line while preserving its relationship to the requested project arrangement.
