IPV & IPVP Internal Gear Pumps

We supply high-pressure Voith internal gear pumps from the standard IPV series for constant-speed drives and the IPVP series optimized for variable-speed servo applications.

Voith hydraulic pumps operate reliably in plastics injection molding machines, sheet metal presses, machine tools, and heavy handling equipment.

The patented radial and axial gap sealing compensation mechanism automatically offsets thermal expansions, delivering consistent volumetric efficiency above 93% under continuous pressures up to 300–345 bar.

Precision involute gearing produces exceptionally low pressure pulsations and quiet operation across the entire operational envelope. The pumps are engineered for demanding 24/7 continuous production schedules with aggressive acceleration cycles.

Compatible with conventional HLP mineral hydraulic oils as well as fire-resistant synthetic fluids, they maintain optimal circuit pressure across wide operational temperature bands.

Frame sizes IPV 3 to 7 with displacements from 3.6 to 251.7 cm³/rev. Multi-flow pump combination options available.

Constant-Fill Turbo Couplings T & TV

We provide Voith constant-fill fluid couplings engineered for wear-free power transmission and shock protection in heavy drive trains including belt conveyors, ball mills, crushers, and industrial centrifuges.

Torque is transmitted completely without mechanical contact through fluid circulation between the pump impeller and turbine runner according to the Föttinger principle, effectively dampening torsional vibrations.

Series TV and TVV models featuring delay fill chambers restrict motor starting torques to 120–160% of nominal rating, smoothing conveyor acceleration and minimizing mechanical fatigue across critical machinery.

The couplings facilitate repeated restarts of loaded machinery without overloading motor stator windings. Cast aluminum housings withstand abrasive dust, vibration, and moisture, while integrated thermal relief plugs release fluid safely during mechanical blockages.

Vorecon Variable Speed Drives & TP

We arrange procurement of genuine assemblies and spare components for Voith Vorecon variable-speed planetary gears and scoop-tube regulated fluid couplings series TP, TPK, and TPKL.

Vorecon systems merge a high-efficiency planetary gear with a hydrodynamic torque circuit into a compact drive package, delivering precise speed control for boiler feed water pumps, gas compressors, and heavy slurry pumps without vulnerable high-voltage frequency converters.

The dynamic scoop tube continuously adjusts fluid volume in the working circuit, achieving operational efficiencies up to 95% at full rated power. Hydrodynamic regulation isolates drive motors from compressor vibrations, decoupling shaft strings from dangerous torsional resonances.

Units achieve continuous service intervals exceeding 48,000 operational hours with routine oil maintenance.

Power ratings for Vorecon units range from 1 to 50 MW with speed regulation ranges typically between 60% and 105%.

DSG-B Electrohydraulic Converters

We supply genuine Voith electrohydraulic I/H current-to-pressure converters series DSG-B07112 and DSG-B07212, along with earlier revisions DSG-B07102 and DSG-B07202.

These precision actuators convert standard 0/4–20 mA electrical signals from steam or gas turbine control systems into proportional hydraulic output pressures, driving main steam valves, fuel governors, and compressor guide vanes.

Direct-acting force-controlled solenoids provide dynamic response times below 20 ms with hysteresis under 0.1%. Standard adapter plates enable seamless replacement for older Woodward CPC units without piping changes.

Sealed to IP65 standards, the rugged housings resist moisture, oil mist, and dust in turbine halls. Every unit ships with integrated fine fluid filters and individual factory calibration certificates.

Input current 0/4–20 mA, 24 VDC power, supply pressures up to 40 bar, IP65 housing, compatible with turbine mineral and ester oils.

WE01 Directional Valves & RVW Check Valves

We supply genuine Voith H+L Hydraulic control valves, including WE01 directional spool valves and RVW in-line check valves.

The WE01 series (size CETOP 03, NG6) handles operating pressures up to 315 bar and flow rates up to 80 l/min across heavy press hydraulics, rolling mills, and automated production machinery.

RVW check valves, featuring hardened and ground poppet closures against precision seats, deliver positive leak-free shutoff in reverse flow directions and protect high-pressure internal gear pumps against destructive line back-pressure spikes.

Hardened spools and flow-optimized galleries minimize delta-P losses, controlling system thermal loads during continuous operation. Solenoids incorporate varistor transient surge protection to protect PLC control circuits during frequent high-speed cycling.

Hydrodynamic Retarders VR & Aquatarder SWR

We supply authentic Voith hydrodynamic retarders from the VR series for commercial trucks, prime movers, long-distance coaches, and off-highway mining haulers.

Classic oil-medium models including VR 115 CT, VR 123, and VR 3250 absorb up to 90% of vehicle braking energy during prolonged gradient descents, keeping friction brakes cold and immediately responsive for emergencies.

We also deliver Aquatarder SWR secondary water retarders that operate directly on the vehicle engine cooling circuit without oil, reducing system tare weight by 35 kg. Proportional torque regulation allows drivers to sustain steady descent speeds without jackknifing or wheel slip risks.

Units integrate fully with vehicle CAN bus architectures, synchronizing retarder action with cruise control and engine compression brakes.

DIWA Automatic Transmissions for Buses

We provide complete transmissions and genuine overhaul parts for Voith DIWA.5 and DIWA.6 automatic gearboxes powering municipal and suburban bus fleets globally.

DIWA transmissions utilize a unique hydro-mechanical power-split design on the first gear: a planetary differential distributes input torque simultaneously through mechanical gears and the torque converter, delivering continuous acceleration from standstill up to 40 km/h without gear-shifting interruptions.

The integrated fluid retarder handles deceleration, while the intelligent SensoTop software cuts urban fleet fuel consumption by 5–7%.

Engineered specifically for dense municipal transit duty with frequent stop-and-go cycles, robust wet multidisc clutch packs and precision hydraulic valve bodies ensure service lifespans exceeding 1,000,000 km between major overhauls.

Paper Machine Fabrics & Doctor Blades

We deliver FormLine multi-layer forming fabrics engineered for rapid sheet dewatering, PressLine polyurethane-reinforced press felts designed for ultra-high nip pressures, and thermal-stabilized DryLine dryer fabrics.

We also source advanced SkyLine composite doctor blades and TerraTop carbide blades for continuous cylinder cleaning, along with pneumatic Doctor Holder assemblies that ensure chatter-free operation.

Doctor blade materials are tailored to provide flawless cylinder cleaning without grooving or scratching precision roll covers. Manufactured to exact dimensional tolerances, all fabrics and blades withstand chemical hydrolysis across aggressive acid and alkaline paper chemistries.
