ALUP Kompressoren air systems

ALUP screw and piston compressors, oil-free units and air treatment. Define a station package by air demand, pressure, operating schedule and process requirements.

Product families

Choose the product direction by the task, then identify the family and exact execution. A family name starts the search, but quotation requires the actual installation data. The sections below separate principal ranges, service components and inquiry details. For several machines, list them separately with the quantity of each item. Keep a complete unit request distinct from maintenance consumables or an individual replacement component.

Sonetto and SCK

The current ALUP product navigation includes Sonetto 3–9 and SCK 25–40 as separate compressor ranges. Select a complete machine by its required air duty, pressure, supply and installation arrangement. For an existing machine, preserve its serial number and operating configuration.

Service components should follow the manual for that machine, rather than a kit inferred from the broad range name.

Largo compressor ranges

ALUP distinguishes Largo 15–25 and Largo 31–45 in its product range. A new installation inquiry should describe air demand and operating schedule, while replacement parts require the exact plate and service documentation. Include machine hours and planned maintenance scope where relevant.

Pressure, electrical supply and package configuration must be checked for the selected machine before the supply list is agreed.

Allegro variable-speed machines

The catalog includes Allegro 8–14, Allegro 200–250 and Allegro 201–315. Variable-speed control follows demand within the selected model’s operating limits; potential energy savings depend on the site load profile. Provide average and peak air consumption with pressure requirements.

For a drive replacement, photograph the drive marking separately from the compressor nameplate and identify the existing control arrangement.

Evoluto and Allegretto

Evoluto 111–160 is listed in the manufacturer’s range. Allegretto 55–90 is described with Airlogic²T control and IE4 motors. These features should not be transferred automatically to a neighboring model. Identify the exact machine and configuration, and state the required air duty.

For service, include the controller designation, machine serial number and a concise description of the reported fault.

Piston compressors

The piston range includes HLE, AGK, AFK and AHK, while EngineAIR covers units driven by petrol or diesel engines. Identify the actual compressor head and unit number for valves or piston components. For a new machine, state pressure, air consumption, duty and available power.

A complete unit and a repair request should specify their different required accessories and supply scope.

Oil-free air systems

The oil-free direction includes CleanAIR, AFK, SpiralAIR and WisAIR. SpiralAIR uses scroll technology, while WisAIR uses water-injected screw compression. Define the process air requirement separately from the choice of compression technology.

Include the machine model, required duty and downstream treatment, or the serial number and component designation for service. A complete system should be assessed at the point of use.

Filters and separators

ALUP lists filter elements and separators as a spare-parts direction. Identify the installed element code and compressor serial number. A service package should distinguish the inlet air filter, oil filter and separator rather than treating them as one item.

Add running hours, machine count and the planned maintenance task so the quotation can define the correct component quantities and scope.

Service kits

The manufacturer offers service kits as a separate parts category. Provide the model, serial number, operating hours and maintenance already completed, together with the earlier kit code or service list.

If a fault accompanies scheduled maintenance, describe it separately and identify the affected parts. A maintenance kit should not be assumed to cover every component needed for an unrelated repair.

Compressor oils

ALUP’s service range includes compressor oils. Use the oil designation from the machine documentation and, where available, a photograph of the previous packaging. State refill volume, machine count and preferred pack size.

A change of oil type requires the transition procedure for that equipment; color or a general viscosity description alone does not establish that two products can be mixed or substituted.

Compressed-air dryers

Compressed-air dryers are a separate ALUP product direction. Identify the dryer model independently from the compressor model. A new selection needs flow, pressure and inlet air temperature, together with the required air condition at the user.

For service, include the plate, error indication and requested component. A compressor name alone is not sufficient to identify an externally installed dryer or its parts.

Compressed-air line filters

The range includes compressed-air filters and line-filter components. Photograph both the housing marking and installed element code, then specify operating pressure, flow and the purpose of the treated air. For several filtration stages, list the housings in installation order.

This keeps a replacement element request distinct from a new filter assembly and avoids assigning one element across visually similar housings.

Condensate management

Condensate management covers a distinct part of the air-treatment system. State whether the component is installed at a receiver, filter, dryer or another point, then provide its marking, connection size and electrical supply.

For consumables in a separation system, include the system model and existing element code. The installation location helps define the required item without assuming it is part of the compressor package.

Machine and station control

ALUP distinguishes on-machine controllers, central controllers and connectivity. Identify the controller and compressor models, connectors, fault code and recent changes. For a multi-machine station, describe the installed machines and the required operating sequence.

A control inquiry should separate a failed component replacement from a change to the station strategy, because hardware, configuration and engineering work can have different scopes.

Station and demand profile

For a station, provide average and peak air demand, required pressure at users and shift duration. Identify simultaneous large loads and low-demand periods. List existing compressors, receivers, dryers and filters with their operating data.

This separates additional compression capacity from treatment or control requirements. Include power, ventilation and installation constraints. For several machines, record serial numbers, running hours and recent maintenance separately; motor power alone does not identify a common consumables kit.

Separate machines, service sets and accessories in the final quotation list.

Manufacturer documents

Information for equipment selection

Start with average and peak air flow, operating pressure, air-quality requirement, duty schedule, supply voltage, installation conditions and machine serial number. Attach the specification or the existing equipment documentation and identify mandatory characteristics separately from preferences.

If a nameplate and an earlier purchase list differ, provide both rather than combining their codes. For a new installation, describe the process and available utilities; for replacement, state which dimensions and interfaces must remain unchanged.

Indicate normal operation and any distinct starting, peak or cleaning conditions relevant to the equipment. A photograph should show the full label and the connection area, with a separate overall view. Mark the required position on an assembly drawing when several similar components are present.

These inputs allow the requested configuration to be distinguished from neighboring versions before price and supply scope are discussed.

Parts and package scope

For service, retain the complete machine and part designations, drawing position and quantity. Separate mandatory items from optional accessories, and state which installed components will remain in use.

A photograph of an earlier kit label can help, but the package contents must still match the current requirement. When several machines are involved, list their serial numbers and quantities individually instead of assuming one set fits every execution.

Describe any changes made since the original installation. A component quotation, a complete equipment package and diagnosis or repair are different scopes. Identify required documents and packaging before the order, and keep installation or configuration services as separate items.

This makes the final list reviewable and avoids leaving the content of a supposed complete kit undefined.

Send the model or specification

Send the complete designation, quantity and destination, together with photographs and available documentation. Use separate lines for multiple items and preserve every suffix. If an alternative is acceptable, define what may change and what must remain the same. Availability, price, lead time and suitability are determined for the specific inquiry.
