Source Super Systems (SSI) instruments for measuring and controlling heat-treatment processes. Specify furnace type, atmosphere, measured variables and operating conditions. Replacements require the model and complete marking.
Choose a measurement or control task
Gas analysis, atmosphere monitoring and furnace control serve different purposes. The measured variable, sample preparation and system configuration matter more than a series name alone.
Gold Probe oxygen probes
Gold Probe zirconia oxygen probes measure furnace atmosphere for carbon-potential calculation. Original, CeraGold, Nitro and Bazooka differ in application, sheath and package. Original GP205 with a K thermocouple is 1601900; CeraGold GP205 with K is 1611900.

PGA3510 is a portable sampling analyzer using NDIR for CO, CO₂ and CH₄. Stationary SSI analyzers cover single furnaces and multiple zones. H₂/O₂ channels and ammonia-compatible versions depend on the exact package.
For selection: Model, gases and ranges, sampling points, portable or stationary use, sample composition, power and interface.
Dew-point analyzers measure process-gas moisture. SSI separates high- and low-range instruments. DPC3500 is a stationary low-range instrument with display, RS485 and 4–20 mA output, used with gases including hydrogen, nitrogen and argon.

CAT-100 determines carbon potential from a steel wire coil after exposure to furnace atmosphere. The coil is a consumable for this method. SSI explicitly states that CAT-100 coils are not compatible with carbonitriding processes.

SGA H₂ uses gas thermal conductivity for hydrogen analysis and nitriding/FNC applications. H₂ In-Situ measures hydrogen in the sample and accepts an external oxygen input. Gas composition and channel configuration affect selection.
For selection: Gas mixture, H₂ range, ammonia presence, sampling location, required calculated parameters, O₂ inputs, controller and outputs.
AC20 controls carbon potential, dew point or probe millivolts. 9120 serves single- and dual-loop applications. Matrix is an expandable I/O and operator-interface platform with data logging; its name does not define the entire control cabinet. Series 8 (804/804L/808SR/816) covers panel temperature and over-temperature limit controls; functions depend on the version.

eFlo versions include manual or electric valves, no control valve and totalizing configurations. eFlo 2.0 Standard provides pressure and temperature compensation, logging and industrial interfaces. Match the version to gas and conditions.

Portable SDS8120/8140 record temperature and produce furnace temperature-uniformity survey reports. SuperDATA is HMI/SCADA software for equipment communication, logging, visualization and trends. Instrument, channels and software licence are separate selections.

SSI sample assemblies carry furnace atmosphere to an analyzer. 20263 is a PGA assembly; 20264 is an MGA assembly with a high-temperature filter and adjustable insertion depth. Individual replacements require the actual assembly specification.

Model 500 supplies reference and burnoff air. 1500 systems add atmosphere control, and VRF/VRD versions add recording. HP2000 uses a heated probe where direct furnace installation is unsuitable. These are control systems, not furnaces.

Describe the process, furnace type, atmosphere composition, temperature range and required measurements. Specify installation or sampling location, power, interfaces and outputs. For an existing system, attach a diagram and connected-device models.
Sensors, assemblies and accessories
Provide model, serial number and part code. Sensors require length, process connection, connector and medium; analyzers require measurement channels and sampling details; controllers require I/O, version and configuration. Interchangeability and package contents are checked for the exact version.
Send an application or instrument marking
Include quantity and delivery location. Attach a nameplate photo, wiring diagram or specification.
