Source Kadant equipment for your process and operating conditions. Enquiries can cover an individual assembly, a system or parts for installed equipment. New and used requirements are checked for the specific request.
Choose a process area or equipment type
Kadant Johnson is part of Fluid Handling. DCF cleaning and filtration and Fiber Processing are separate business areas: identify the business unit and machine model where available.
Rotary joints and unions
SX, ELS, ELSX, RX, PT2X and CorrPro transfer media between stationary piping and rotating equipment. Seal design and permitted media depend on the exact series; these are not drive couplings. Other confirmed series include LJX, LJ-PT, BCI and BCIM.
For selection: Full part number, medium, pressure, temperature, speed, number of passages, flange or thread and thread direction.
ISSS, HDRS, Slimline and Supercurve remove condensate from steam-heated rolls. Stationary and rotating designs depend on the cylinder and drainage conditions. Turbulator bars also require cylinder geometry and operating conditions.
For selection: Joint and syphon model, cylinder drawing, journal diameter, speed, steam pressure, condensate load and installation clearance.
Liqui-Mover and LMX address condensate pumping. Thermocompressors recover low-pressure steam using motive steam; pumping condensate and compressing steam are different duties. Additional equipment includes desuperheaters, steam traps, deaerators and cascade systems, selected for the steam and condensate circuit.
For selection: Equipment type, nameplate, condensate or steam flow, inlet and outlet pressure, temperature, backpressure and piping diagram.
Rubber, metal bellows and PTFE expansion joints accommodate piping movement. Select the material and construction for the medium and the required movements.
For selection: Medium, temperature, pressure, nominal bore, flange standard, installed length and axial, lateral or angular movement.
CarboTek 500, Fiberflex, SteelFlex and ProCrepe Plus cover different doctoring duties. Blade material and holder depend on roll coating, operating position and process conditions.
For selection: Holder model, duty, roll material and coating, blade length, width, thickness, bevel and current part marking.
FilterKleen, RapidKleen and in-line pressure filters remove particles from water and process streams. Filter elements must match the housing configuration and separation duty.
For selection: Housing model, flow, pressure, medium, contaminant type and required filtration; element code, dimensions and material.
Kadant Fiber Processing covers pulping, cleaning, screening, thickening, refining and dispersing of virgin or recycled fiber. Identify the business unit and machine model for component enquiries.
For selection: Business unit, machine model and serial number, operation, furnish, throughput and stock consistency; drawing position for a replacement component.
Describe the process, medium, throughput, pressure, temperature and installation constraints. Attach a process diagram or specification. For used equipment, define acceptable condition and configuration; the details of each offer are checked separately.
Spare parts, repair kits and consumables
Provide model, serial number and full part number. Seals and repair kits require the component code; blades require dimensions and holder; filter elements require the housing configuration; fiber processing components require a catalog position. Photos and drawings help identify the configuration but do not alone establish interchangeability. Flow indicators and vacuum breakers can also be requested: specify medium, pressure and connection.
Send an application, model or drawing
Include quantity, operating parameters and delivery location. Attach a specification, nameplate photo or assembly drawing.
