Yuean Advanced Materials

Jiangxi Yuean Advanced Materials (江西悦安新材料股份有限公司) specialises in fine metal powders. SpareX handles enquiries for YTF carbonyl iron, atomized alloys, soft-magnetic materials and MIM feedstock. The grades below use published catalogue parameters as selection references; final requirements belong in the order specification.

Product catalogue and selection parameters

Carbonyl iron YTF-01 and YTF-06 — YTF-01: Fe ≥97.5%, D50 3–5 μm. YTF-06: Fe ≥97.5%, D50 1–2 μm. Both are listed for PM. The finer fraction requires its own flow and process assessment.

MIM powder YTF-01S — D50 3–4 μm; C 0.6–0.9%, O 0.35–0.65%, N 0.6–0.9%, Fe balance. Specify binder system, debinding route and sintered-part requirements.

Reduced carbonyl iron YTF-HY1 — Fe ≥99.5%, C ≤0.03%, O ≤0.3%, N ≤0.01%; D50 4.5–6.5 μm. Listed for MIM and MRF. Add the full particle distribution and process requirements.

YTF-HY2 and YTF-HY3 — Both: Fe ≥99.5%, C ≤0.03%, N ≤0.01%. HY2: D50 4–7 μm, O ≤0.3%; HY3: D50 4–6 μm, O ≤0.4%. State the full grade because oxygen limits differ.

Coarser YTF-11/12 and YTF-HY11/HY12 — YTF-11/HY11: D50 20–25 μm; YTF-12/HY12: 9–12 μm. Reduced HY11/HY12 have C ≤0.1%, O ≤0.4%, N ≤0.1%. These are separate PM options.

Iron-nickel powder YTF-FeNi8 — Ni 7–9%, O ≤0.4%, Fe balance; D50 3–8 μm. Listed for MIM. Match part chemistry, binder and sintering cycle.

Soft-magnetic powders — The range includes carbonyl and atomized-alloy soft-magnetic powders. Core enquiries need frequency, induction, allowable loss, permeability and forming method. Chemistry and coating are selected against those requirements.

Atomized alloy powders — A separate family of stainless and other alloy powders. Specify the exact alloy and atomization route. Sintering enquiries require chemistry, oxygen, particle distribution and mechanical-property targets.

Ready-made MIM feedstock — Metal-powder/binder feed for injection moulding. Specify alloy, binder system, equipment, debinding method and the shrinkage factor required by the process specification.

Alloy powders for 3D printing — Additive manufacturing requires sphericity, flow and oxygen control. Specify alloy, machine, printing process and particle-size range. A conventional pressing powder is not automatically suitable for printing.

316L, 17-4PH and gas-atomized Q316L/Q17-4PH — Published water-gas 316L and 17-4PH: D50 8–13 μm. Gas-atomized Q316L: 12–15 μm; Q17-4PH: 11–14 μm. The table gives O ≤0.15% for those gas-atomized grades. Preserve the Q prefix and atomization route in the enquiry.

MIM series YWL-316L-G, YWL-17-4PH, YWL-F75, YWL-FeNi — Listed ready-made MIM feedstock families include stainless, cobalt-alloy and iron-nickel compositions. Request the full material code, shrinkage factor and process guidance for the selected binder system.

Select for the manufacturing process

MIM requires particle distribution, oxygen and binder compatibility; magnetic cores additionally need loss, permeability, frequency and temperature requirements. Reduced HY grades differ in chemistry from base carbonyl powder. D50 is a median, not a full size distribution; the catalogue identifies Microtrac S3500 measurement.

How to request pricing and supply

Send the material name, full grade, quantity in kilograms or tonnes and delivery city. For powders, attach chemistry, particle size and measurement method, impurity limits, apparent or tap density and packaging requirements. Blanks need dimensions, tolerances and drawings. For substitution, attach the existing material data sheet: matching names alone do not establish process compatibility.

Documents and commercial terms

For the selected item, agree the technical specification, batch certificate/CoA and SDS requirements, packaging and labelling. Availability, minimum quantity, price and lead time are confirmed for each enquiry before ordering. This catalogue describes manufacturer products and helps prepare an enquiry; it does not indicate stock or official representation.
