Ningxia Tianjing Longding, also named Ningxia Tianjing LD Silicon Carbide, produces silicon carbide. SpareX handles enquiries for black and green SiC for abrasives, refractories and technical ceramics. The catalogue below covers industrial grains and powders; purity and size requirements are defined for the selected grade and application.
Product catalogue and selection parameters
Black silicon carbide lumps and grains — The catalogue includes crude lumps, grains and powders. Listed SiC levels are ≥98.5% for first grade, ≥88.5% for second and ≥70.5% for third. Match quality to the process.
Refractory SiC fractions 0–1, 1–3 and 3–5 mm — Published first-grade black segment sand: SiC ≥98.5%, Fe₂O₃ ≤0.25%, free C ≤0.25%. Send the selected fraction, sieve limits and batch-formulation requirements.
Black fine powder 80F–325F — The specification lists 80F, 100F, 150F, 180F, 200F, 240F and 325F with SiC ≥98%. These are manufacturer designations; agree the size-control method rather than automatically converting systems.
Second- and third-grade SiC — Second grade lists 0–1 and 0–3 mm plus 100F/200F; third grade lists 0–3 and 0–5 mm. Specify Fe₂O₃, free-carbon and moisture limits for your formulation.
F abrasive grains for grinding wheels — The catalogue lists F12–F220 and fine F240–F1200 for bonded abrasives. Specify black C or green GC, grain designation, standard and impurity requirements.
P grains for abrasive belts and paper — P16–P220 and P240–P2500 are listed for coated abrasives. Specify P grade, backing application and size distribution; do not substitute an identically numbered F grade.
Green silicon carbide GC — A separate grain and powder range for grinding and ceramic materials. Chemistry varies with fraction and application class in the official tables. Orders specify the selected row and batch certificate rather than one purity figure for all GC.
Green micropowder W63–W1.5 — Listed grades: W63, W50, W40, W28, W20, W14, W10, W7, W5, W3.5, W2.5 and W1.5. Applications include coatings and seals. Specify size distribution, purity, moisture and test method; W grades are not automatically equivalent to FEPA or JIS.
Select for the manufacturing process
Specify the F system for bonded grinding tools, P for coated abrasives, or the full JIS grade and standard. Equal numbers in different systems do not imply equal size distributions. Refractory millimetre fractions require sieve limits. Black/green and abrasive/refractory qualities differ; check SiC assay against the selected specification row.
How to request pricing and supply
Send the material name, full grade, quantity in kilograms or tonnes and delivery city. For powders, attach chemistry, particle size and measurement method, impurity limits, apparent or tap density and packaging requirements. Blanks need dimensions, tolerances and drawings. For substitution, attach the existing material data sheet: matching names alone do not establish process compatibility.
Documents and commercial terms
For the selected item, agree the technical specification, batch certificate/CoA and SDS requirements, packaging and labelling. Availability, minimum quantity, price and lead time are confirmed for each enquiry before ordering. This catalogue describes manufacturer products and helps prepare an enquiry; it does not indicate stock or official representation.
