Shandong Luyin New Materials Technology (山东鲁银新材料科技有限公司), also encountered in older material as Laiwu Steel Powder Metallurgy, manufactures reduced, atomized and specialty metal powders. The SpareX catalogue lists specific grades from its official product and technical information for pressing, sintering, MIM and alloy production.
Product catalogue and selection parameters
Reduced iron powder FHY100.27 — A grade for dense powder-metallurgy components. Specify particle distribution, apparent density, hydrogen loss and compressibility requirements.
Reduced powders FHY100.25, LRP150, FHY200 — Listed reduced-series grades, distinct from the water-atomized range. Provide size, chemistry and sintered-part density requirements for selection.
Water-atomized iron LAP100.29H — The official technical illustration lists dense sintered parts and powder forging. Specify fraction, compressibility, tap density and downstream processing conditions.
Water-atomized powder LAP100.29A4 — Listed for high-strength, hard sintered components. Specify target mechanical properties, full chemistry, size fraction and heat-treatment process.
Stainless steel powder LS304 — Water-atomized stainless powder for corrosion-resistant components. Provide chemistry, size distribution, oxygen limits and post-sintering corrosion requirements.
Iron-manganese powder LSMn18 — The official illustration identifies a water-atomized powder for non-magnetic parts. Specify permeability, chemistry and mechanical-property requirements separately.
LT17-4PH powder — Water-gas atomized material; the technical illustration states D50 = 10 μm. For strong, corrosion-resistant stainless parts. MIM or sintering enquiries need the full size distribution, oxygen and heat treatment.
Iron-nickel powder LTFENI30 — Water-gas atomized, with D50 = 15 μm in the official illustration; listed for synthetic-diamond production. Specify chemistry, oxygen, particle distribution and process requirements.
Segregation-free powder blend AMP24110 — The technical material lists a segregation-free powder blend for automotive parts including bearing caps. Specify chemistry, size fraction and final-part density and strength.
Specialty powders for MIM and coatings — The range also covers high-speed steels, injection-moulding and spraying/fusing powders. Select a grade by chemistry and equipment; attach the process specification to keep distinct applications separate.
Select for the manufacturing process
Reduced and water-atomized powders differ in morphology and pressing behaviour. Select by the required part density and strength, not just Fe content. Stainless powders also need a corrosion environment and chemistry specification. MIM needs a size distribution and binder system; coating powders need equipment and deposition conditions.
How to request pricing and supply
Send the material name, full grade, quantity in kilograms or tonnes and delivery city. For powders, attach chemistry, particle size and measurement method, impurity limits, apparent or tap density and packaging requirements. Blanks need dimensions, tolerances and drawings. For substitution, attach the existing material data sheet: matching names alone do not establish process compatibility.
Documents and commercial terms
For the selected item, agree the technical specification, batch certificate/CoA and SDS requirements, packaging and labelling. Availability, minimum quantity, price and lead time are confirmed for each enquiry before ordering. This catalogue describes manufacturer products and helps prepare an enquiry; it does not indicate stock or official representation.
