Jinchuan Group

Jinchuan Group is a Chinese producer of nickel, cobalt and carbonyl materials. SpareX handles sourcing enquiries for its industrial feedstock from China. This catalogue distinguishes sintering powders, metal feed for melting and electroplating, and chemical compounds for process solutions.

Product catalogue and selection parameters

Carbonyl nickel powder — Micron-size Ni for powder metallurgy, battery materials and alloys. The published card references GB/T 7160-2008; the required current specification is agreed for the order. State particle size, apparent density and C, O and Fe limits.

Carbonyl iron powder — Micron-size iron for MIM, conventional pressing and magnetic cores. The manufacturer references GB/T 24532-2009. Specify particle size, carbon and oxygen limits, and the required magnetic or sintering performance.

Carbonyl nickel pellets — Metal feed for stainless steels, superalloys and electroplating. The catalogue cites Q/YSJC-CP44-2009. Provide pellet size, purity, batch mass and process; powder and pellets require separate process approval.

Electrolytic nickel powder — A product distinct from carbonyl powder. Pressing and sintering require morphology, size fraction, apparent density and impurity checks. Send the grade or analysis of the powder currently used.

Electrolytic nickel cathodes — Cathode metal for industrial processing. Specify Ni content, impurity limits, whole sheets or cut pieces, dimensions and weight. Identify electroplating grades separately.

Electroplating nickel cathodes and buttons — Two anode forms listed by Jinchuan. Match chemistry, specified sulphur content, basket dimensions and dissolution conditions to the plating bath.

Nickel sulfate and nickel chloride — Order each chemical by its exact compound and bath specification. State Ni content, hydration form, impurity limits and package weight.

Spherical nickel hydroxide — Nickel compound powder in the battery-material range. Define chemistry, particle distribution, tap density and the requirements of your electrode formulation.

Cobalt cathodes and high-purity cobalt — The range includes electrowon cathodes and high-purity cobalt. For melting or materials processing, define purity, controlled impurities, form and dimensions. Express high-purity requirements numerically in the specification.

Co₃O₄ and NCM precursors — Separate battery-feedstock families. Specify composition and fineness for Co₃O₄; for nickel-cobalt-manganese precursors, specify Ni:Co:Mn ratio, particle distribution and impurity requirements.

Select for the manufacturing process

For powder metallurgy, define the production route and particle distribution: the same Ni content does not guarantee identical compressibility or apparent density. Melting requires metal form and impurity limits; electroplating requires anode type and bath chemistry. Nickel salts and nickel metal are separate purchasing specifications.

How to request pricing and supply

Send the material name, full grade, quantity in kilograms or tonnes and delivery city. For powders, attach chemistry, particle size and measurement method, impurity limits, apparent or tap density and packaging requirements. Blanks need dimensions, tolerances and drawings. For substitution, attach the existing material data sheet: matching names alone do not establish process compatibility.
