SAACKE combustion technology for industry and marine
SAACKE GmbH is based in Bremen, Germany, and has worked in combustion technology for more than 90 years. The manufacturer supplies industrial and marine burners, combustion chambers and hot gas generators, fuel trains, burner control systems, marine boilers and heat recovery units. SpareX accepts supply enquiries using the complete designation and application requirements; configuration, availability, price and lead time are confirmed for the requested item.
Industrial burners
ATONOX is an ultra-low-NOx burner for large-scale combustion with a power range of 7 to 100 MW. TEMINOX is an ultra-low-NOx burner for process heat rated 3 to 28 MW, available as a monoblock version with an integrated fan or a duoblock version with a separate fan. SSB is a swirl burner rated 1.5 to 90 MW that burns special fuels of very low calorific value without support fuel and operates across a lambda range of 0.3 to 4.0. ROTONOX is a rotary atomizer burner rated 1 to 45.3 MW for viscous and difficult liquid fuels. The burners run on natural gas, liquid gas, hydrogen, light and heavy fuel oil, synthetic fuels and special fuels.
Combustion chambers, fuel trains and controls
The CCS-HT, CCS-HTcompact and CCS-LT combustion chamber and hot gas generator series cover 2 to 40 MW and combine with almost any SAACKE burner. Fuel trains are supplied for the specific gas or liquid fuel arrangement. SAACKE CONTROLS systems are built on programmable logic controllers and include safety loops up to SIL 3 in accordance with IEC 61508.
Marine equipment
SKVJG-M is a marine burner for MDO and MGO as well as LNG and LPG. The marine boiler range includes the fired marine boiler FMB, the ship exhaust gas economizer and the combined ship boiler with an additional firebox. GCU evo covers 0.4 to 4.5 t/h of methane and GCU compact covers 0.15 to 6.5 t/h. WHRU recovers waste heat from exhaust gas, and SAACKE GreenDock supports zero-emission operation in port.
Spare parts and service
Operating plants typically require nozzles and atomizers, rotary atomizer components, ignition devices and electrodes, flame monitoring sensors, damper actuators, fuel train components, fans and control system modules. Parts are selected by the burner designation and the plant serial number, because the assembly content depends on the version and year of manufacture.
Supply enquiry
Send the complete SAACKE designation, quantity, nameplate photograph and serial number, the fuel type and properties, required thermal output, heat generator type, emission requirements and installation conditions. For marine equipment also state the vessel type and classification society requirements. A series name alone does not establish output, fuel supply arrangement, connection dimensions or control compatibility. This page does not claim stock or authorised-dealer status.
