Flintec industrial load cells

Flintec develops load sensors for weighing machinery, filling equipment and process measurement. SpareX accepts supply enquiries for single-point, beam and compression load cells using the complete part number and system requirements.

Selected models

PC30 is a potted stainless steel single-point sensor with 7–100 kg variants and a 400 × 400 mm reference platform. PC3 offers 7–150 kg variants with potted IP67 protection; platform limits depend on capacity. PC4 is a hermetically sealed IP68 stainless steel single-point model with 10, 20, 50 and 100 kg ratings and a platform size up to 500 × 400 mm. RC3 is a stainless steel compression family with a self-restoring column design and 7.5–300 t ratings. SB4 is a stainless steel beam family with analogue and CANbus options; its published range is 510–10,197 kg.

System selection

Provide maximum product mass, structural dead weight, support count and uneven or dynamic loading conditions. Include accuracy requirements, a mounting drawing and information about vibration, impact and lateral forces. Each support must be assessed rather than relying only on the sum of sensor capacities.

Replacement and interfaces

For analogue sensors, compare sensitivity, bridge resistance, excitation, wiring and cable details. Digital SB4 variants also require protocol and controller compatibility checks. Analogue and digital devices are not interchangeable by wiring alone. Confirm capacity-specific approvals, platform limits, mounting hardware and environmental suitability for the exact ordering code.
