ANYLOAD load cells

Selected models

563RS is a stainless steel single-ended beam with 5–500 kg variants, a 2 mV/V output and an IP68 welded seal. 102BH is an alloy steel double-ended beam for high-capacity weighing; specify whether the rating is in tonnes or pounds. 101BH is an alloy steel S-beam with listed variants from 50 kg to 10 t. 108BA is an anodised aluminium single-point load cell with 3–150 kg variants and a reference platform size up to 400 × 400 mm. 101BS is a stainless steel S-beam with an IP68 welded seal for process and hopper weighing applications.

Mechanical selection

State the maximum live load, structural dead weight, number of supports, loading direction and possible impact or side forces. The sum of load-cell ratings alone does not establish system suitability. Supply a mounting drawing, thread details and photographs when replacing an installed sensor.

Electrical and environmental checks

Compare sensitivity in mV/V, bridge resistance, excitation, cable wiring, length and shielding with the indicator or transmitter. Wire colours are manufacturer-specific and must be checked. Replacing one sensor in a multi-cell system also requires assessment of the remaining cells and junction-box adjustment. Confirm temperature, washdown conditions, enclosure material and any required approvals for the exact variant.
