POWTRAN industrial inverters

POWTRAN offers variable frequency drives for motor speed and torque control. Its range includes compact drives, general industrial vector inverters and dedicated solar pump products. SpareX accepts supply enquiries using the full product code and equipment requirements.

Series overview

PI550PLUS provides current-vector control for asynchronous and permanent-magnet motors. PI120 is a compact family for simpler machinery, fans and pumps. PI550-S and PI550A1-S are solar pump drives with MPPT, AC/DC input support and water-management functions. PI550 is an industrial vector family developed from PI500. PI800 combines a narrow enclosure with asynchronous and synchronous motor control for machinery such as compressors, extruders, spindles and conveyors.

Selection information

Provide the supply voltage and phases, motor rated current, power, frequency, load type and operating speed range. Starting, braking and overload requirements differ between applications. Specify communication interfaces, feedback, braking components and additional boards separately. A power rating alone does not establish compatibility.

Solar pumping and replacement

Solar pump enquiries should include array electrical data, pump and motor details, water-level control and any backup supply arrangement. Check the permitted input range and the wiring procedure in the exact model manual. For replacement of PI500 or another installed drive, send the full nameplate code and wiring information; shared product lineage does not prove a direct replacement.
