HPMONT industrial inverters

HPMONT develops variable frequency drives for motor control in machinery, pumping, ventilation and production equipment. SpareX accepts enquiries for HPMONT inverter supply using the complete product designation and application requirements.

Product families

HD07-S is a compact drive with rail mounting and analogue, digital and RS-485 interfaces. HD09 uses V/f control; HD09-S also supports sensorless vector control. HD20 targets compact OEM machinery and includes process PID, multi-step speed and length-control functions. HD30 is a general industrial vector drive with expansion options. HD50 supports asynchronous and synchronous motors and includes torque, tension and encoder-related functions, subject to the selected configuration.

Specify the motor and application

Provide the supply voltage and phase count, motor rated current, power, frequency and load type. A pump, conveyor and machine spindle can require different overload, braking and control behaviour even at the same rated power. Check feedback compatibility for encoder-controlled or synchronous motor applications.

Installation and replacement

Compare enclosure dimensions, cooling space, ambient conditions, mounting and the existing control circuit. List the required analogue and digital signals, communication protocol, braking components and expansion cards. A family description does not establish identical options across every rating. Include photographs of both nameplates and the machine wiring diagram when replacing an existing drive.
