USR IOT

USR IOT provides industrial communication devices, also associated with the PUSR and 有人物联 names. Serial device servers connect RS232 or RS485 equipment to Ethernet networks.

Model guide

USR-TCP232-410s provides RS232 and RS485 connectivity. USR-DR302 is a DIN-rail RS485 device server with Ethernet and Modbus gateway functions. USR-N520 provides two independent serial channels. USR-N540 supports four RS485 channels, while USR-N580 provides eight RS485 channels and TCP/UDP data exchange.

Define the required communication mode

Transparent serial transport and Modbus RTU/TCP conversion serve different needs. Confirm hardware revision, firmware, interface, baud rate, framing, network protocol and client/server mode. Check the power supply, mounting and operating environment. The same port count does not establish compatibility between different models or generations.
