UTILCELL load cells serve platform scales, truck scales and industrial weighing systems. SpareX accepts supply enquiries by complete designation, rated capacity and application.

Model selection. Model 190 is a double-bending-beam cell for single-point platforms. The 190 a nickel-plated alloy steel and 190 i stainless steel versions have different sealing and protection. Model 350 is a shear beam load cell. Model 740 uses a self-centring compression column and is offered in capacity groups spanning 15–600 t. The 740D Digital requires compatible digital electronics. Model 740CP is a separate compression family for 15–60 t, with its own mounting accessories.

Compatibility checks. Confirm the exact capacity, dimensions, load introduction, cable and accuracy designation. For Model 190, the official page states IP66 for 190 a and IP68/IP69K for 190 i; do not apply one version’s rating to another. Platform size limits also depend on the selected capacity.

Electrical integration. Check mV/V output, excitation, resistance and wiring for analogue cells. Digital cells require protocol and terminal compatibility. After replacement, follow the scale documentation for zero, calibration and system checks.
