LAUMAS weighing electronics connect load cells to indicators and industrial control systems. SpareX accepts enquiries for complete model codes and application requirements.

Model families. W100 is a panel-mounted weight indicator with a 48 × 96 × 130 mm case, six-digit LED display, RS232 and RS485 ports, Modbus RTU and Laumas ASCII. Its analogue output is an option. W200 is a separate indicator family and requires its own compatibility check. TLB is a DIN-rail weight transmitter; TLB4 provides four independent load-cell channels. TLM8 is another transmitter family in the official catalogue.

Interface selection. State the PLC protocol, signal type and supply requirements. TLB MODBUS TCP is a specific network version, not a feature to assume for every TLB. Compare the data map, I/O assignment, mounting and wiring before replacing an installed unit.

Installation and commissioning. Provide the load-cell quantity, sensitivity, resistance and wiring arrangement. The IP54 rating stated for the W100 front panel does not describe the entire enclosure. Follow the exact model manual for zero, calibration and output checks.
