Manufacturer documentation describes EtherCAT communication with CiA402 and CoE. Confirm the required motion mode, data exchange and controller compatibility for the actual project.

Integration data
Use the appropriate ESI description and manual for the device version. Provide controller details, drive firmware and the existing configuration before planning a replacement.

Motor and cables
Match encoder type, motor designation, brake and connectors. Equal rated power does not establish compatibility. Stepper drivers require a separate check of phase current, supply and command signals.
