This 1 W isolated DC/DC module has nominal 5 V input and 5 V output in a SIP package. Its 1500 VDC isolation test rating is not a continuous working-voltage rating. Check the fixed-input, unregulated-output operating conditions.

K7805-500R3
This non-isolated switching regulator specifies a 5 V, 500 mA output and a 6.5–36 V input for the relevant connection. It is not a direct replacement for an isolated B0505S module.
