Lead Fluid

Lead Fluid peristaltic pumps combine a drive, pump head and tubing. Select the complete configuration for the required liquid and flow.

BT100S and BT100S-1
These are separate models with their own compatible-head tables. BT100S supports RS485/Modbus control. Preserve the -1 suffix when specifying BT100S-1 and do not transfer channel count, dimensions or power ratings between versions.

Flow and tubing
State flow, channel count, tube size and material, fluid viscosity, temperature and pressure conditions. Manufacturer flow tables use defined tubing and water conditions; other media require validation. Confirm chemical compatibility separately.

Control and accessories
List the drive, head and tubing explicitly. Confirm external control requirements and optional accessories such as Wi-Fi or a foot switch for the selected version.
