Degson manufactures terminal blocks, connectors and industrial connection components. Enquiries need the complete part number, pole count and quantity. Specify pitch, orientation and configuration as well as series. PCB replacements need marking, footprint and mating-part photographs. New designs need a board drawing, circuit details and conductor requirements.
Screw-type PCB terminals
The catalogue lists DG301-5.0, DG301R-5.0, DG301S-5.0, DG500BB-5.08 and DG128-7.62. Similar names do not confirm equal footprints. Preserve the complete designation and pole count. Check pin arrangement, connection direction, mounting and electrical ratings. Existing boards benefit from a hole-pattern drawing or scaled photograph.
Push-in PCB connections
The manufacturer also presents DG266-3.5 and DG266-5.0 PUSH-IN PCB terminals. Check conductor type, supported cross-section and connection procedure against product documentation. Similar housings cannot compensate for different pitches. Specify pole count and circuit requirements, plus soldering and clearance constraints for equipment designs.
Pluggable terminal connectors
The pluggable catalogue includes 15EDG-GBM-3.81 for DIN-rail or panel mounting. Identify both sides of a connector pair. Equal pole counts and pitch do not establish keying, retention or geometry compatibility. Specify a plug, mating part or complete pair. Include markings and photographs of parts retained in existing equipment.
Configuration and part numbers
List each configuration separately with quantity, complete code and any mandatory colour. Accessories need the base connector; DG019-5.0 is listed among DG301-5.0 accessories. Verify against the selected item. Incomplete markings need board, equipment and mating-part details. Alternatives require technical review.
Degson supply enquiry
Send SpareX a specification or part list with quantities. Preserve all code characters and identify pole count, pitch and required connector half. Catalogue listings do not confirm stock. Supply feasibility, price, lead time and package contents require item-specific confirmation. Agree substitutions before order confirmation.
