Screw PCB terminals DG301 and DG128

DEGSON lists DG301-5.0 and DG128-7.62 screw terminals for printed circuit boards. Keep the complete designation and pole count when ordering. Check the pin pattern, wire-entry direction and space around the terminal against the existing board.

Include the board drawing or photographs of both sides for a replacement.

PUSH-IN PCB terminals DG266

Pluggable terminal plugs 2EDG and 15EDG

For a new assembly, list the two mating components separately and provide a connection diagram, the cable direction and quantities for each part.

DIN-rail terminals and DPD distribution

DEGSON separates screw, PUSH-IN, spring and bolt connections for control cabinets. The DIN range also includes power distribution modules, including DPD. Select the function according to the electrical drawing.

For an existing row, show neighbouring terminals and the whole assembly, then list wire cross-sections, mounting requirements and accessories associated with each position.

Circular connectors M8, M12 and M23

The circular connector range includes M5, M8, M12, distribution products, servo connectors and M23 motor connectors. A family name is a starting point for selecting an exact variant. Provide the marking, a face view and the pin assignment for both ends.

For cable assemblies, state cable length, the second-end termination and installation conditions.

Heavy-duty industrial connectors HDC

The HDC catalogue separates inserts, contacts, housings and accessories. D10B is a housing family rather than a complete electrical assembly. Identify which components are required and which existing elements will remain. Photograph the insert marking, cable entry and locks.

A new set needs an electrical circuit list and the mounting arrangement for each mating half.

Relays and interface connections

Relay is a separate category within DEGSON Electronic Products. For an installed relay, send the complete relay and base markings, the electrical drawing and photographs of the wiring. Distinguish the relay itself from the mounting module or an entire connection assembly.

Include control voltage, contact arrangement, load type and any indication or additional elements in your requirements.

Keep relay and base codes as separate items.
Specify the control circuit and connected load.
State the number and contents of required sets.

I/O modules and controller wiring

DEGSON lists IO Module and Controller System Wiring within Electronic Products. Select by the module designation and its role in the control system. Add the controller model, the circuit drawing and the intended signals.

For a new machine, provide a module and cable list together with cabinet layout requirements; for replacement, show adjacent modules and the installed connectors.

Mating PCB sockets

PCB Socket is a separate catalogue group, including 2CDGKRP-5.08 and 15EDGRHC-THR-2.54. An installed socket enquiry needs the marking and geometry of the socket and cable plug. Show pin positions, mounting elements and the connection direction.

Specify soldering and packaging requirements for production use, and identify the items that will be retained in a repair.

Do not merge PCB Socket and PCB Plug in one item.
Record the complete code and number of poles.
List socket and plug separately for a complete pair.

DIN-rail or panel connectors 15EDG-GBM

The manufacturer identifies 15EDG-GBM-3.81 for DIN-rail or panel mounting. Selection covers both the electrical connection and the mechanical installation. Provide the full variant code, pole count, mounting dimensions and the required part of the connection.

For several assemblies, state the number of assemblies and the number of connectors in each, with a photograph of the mating component.

Wire connectors DGBSC

The Feed Through Terminal Blocks catalogue lists DGBSC-PG01M/4, DGBSC-PG01F/4 and DGBSC-SG02/4. Define whether you need a wire terminal or a separable cable connection. State conductor type and cross-section, the number of lines and the installed location.

For a cable assembly, list both connector halves; for a terminal, retain its individual complete designation.

Electronic and instrument enclosures

Bridges, marking and mounting accessories

Choose accessories with the base terminal or connector. DG019-5.0 is listed as a bridge accessory for DG301-5.0; the DIN range separates accessories, marking and installation items. Connect each accessory to its base-series designation in your specification.

For damaged parts, include a close photograph beside the installed terminal and distinguish the quantity per assembly from the total number of assemblies.
