Syntec develops CNC systems for machine tools and motion control. Enquiries need the complete controller designation, quantity and machine model. Distinguish the CNC controller, operator panel and individual components. Existing systems need marking and connector photographs, drive details and software version. New projects require a machine layout and control specification.
Milling controllers
The current milling catalogue lists 6MA-S, 6MB-S, 21MA-S and 22MA PLUS. Preserve letter suffixes and the PLUS designation. Similar names do not establish compatibility. Specify the machine type, axis arrangement, installed drives and interfaces. Reusing programs or parameters requires information about their versions and the current controller.
220 series
Milling options include 220MB PLUS, 220MA-5 and 220MB-5. Check required functions against the selected configuration documentation. A retrofit requires review of drives, machine inputs and outputs as well as the panel. Specify whether the complete control package or one module is needed. Cable and setting reuse depends on the actual installation.
Lathe controllers
The lathe range includes 22TA PLUS and 22TB PLUS. Send the complete configuration and machine details, including controlled equipment, drives and wiring arrangement. Milling compatibility cannot be assumed for a lathe controller. Replacement modules need nameplate photographs and version details; new systems need a technical specification and function list.
Components and compatibility
Panels and other components require their own designation and host system information. Specify quantity and package contents. Hardware, software and machine project compatibility need separate verification. Existing programs, parameters and peripherals cannot automatically be retained. Agree acceptable alternatives and mandatory versions before selecting a replacement.
Syntec supply enquiry
Send SpareX a model list, quantities, marking photographs and task description. Complete systems benefit from a wiring diagram, drive list and machine specification. Catalogue listings do not confirm stock. Supply feasibility, price, lead time and configuration require item-specific confirmation.
