GREEN and FUTURE operator panels

The official range includes GL, G2, GT2 and FUTURE Series 2 families. Provide the full model, panel cut-out, supply and protocols. For HMI replacement, state whether the original project is available and which software created it. Equal display sizes do not establish project or connector compatibility.

K6S, K6 and MK controllers

Kinco lists K6S modular PLCs, K6 standard PLCs and MK integrated controllers. Include I/O types and quantities, expansion modules, power and network requirements. A controller change requires a review of the program, module connections and project transfer.

Servo drives and motors

Products include FD5P PRO drives, OD1X5S low-voltage drives and SMK motors. Specify voltage, power, control interface, feedback and the complete motor code. Mounting flange, shaft and brake information are needed for mechanical compatibility. Cable requests should identify both connected devices and length.

Integrated and robot components

The catalogue also lists iSMK integrated motors and FMH frameless torque motors. Provide the assembly drawing, installation requirements, control system and required scope. For a component inside an existing robot, include the robot specification and assembly reference. An integrated motor is not automatically interchangeable with a separate drive and motor.
